Stacy is probably one of the most detail oriented people I have ever met. He values your time and his and has fine tuned his process to be very efficient. My taxes are always very straight forward which gives me a quick turn around time. After reading his annual news letter, completing 2 forms, and turning in my paperwork, we chat on the phone and pick a 20 minute time slot (I think I spent 7 minutes there total-last year he let me stop by after 8:30pm when I was working late hours) Stacy shows me my numbers and tells me what I need to know. Called to discuss pricing to file back taxes and the gentleman that answered was extremely rude. He cut me off in the first 15 seconds of the conversation and said everything was on his website, in a curt impatient voice. I was taken aback by his tone, and said calmly, wow, it doesn't sound like you are really interested in my business. His answer- no not for people that put things off until last minute. . Um okay lol. I honestly don't think I've ever been addressed in that fashion by a business- especially when completely unwarranted- I was friendly! Customer service and gaining long term clients obviously not a concern at this establishment. All 18 other reviews are 5 star. Stacy is the best tax guy I know. He works of his home and offers a HUGE range of appointment times. He asks that you fax all your paperwork to him so he can complete your taxes then you just have to come in for 20 minutes to review and sign. His wife is in real estate and they have a tremendous following for clients. My husband and I have gone to him for our taxes for about 10 years. We used to have extremely complicated tax returns due to a business we had and Stacy always explained everything he was doing and is always able to find and remind us of deductions we should be taking. Contacted them through yelp - they asked me to call them. I was greeted by a man that was quite rude. He asked me to explain what services I needed, to which I said there were a couple and began listing the 4 items. He promptly interrupted me to say "sorry can't help with estimating LLC quarterly tax payments since I didn't do your 2017 return. Nope, that wouldn't work." I almost explained I wanted a long term tax expert to help me with my business for years to come, and there are a few aspects I would like help with - more than just quarterly tax payment estimates.
