I love the Saint Augustine Premium Outlets! It is a close distance to Jacksonville and it truly is shopping heaven...deals and discounts everywhere! If I am looking for a great bargain, this is one of the places that I visit. My favorite stores at the Outlets are Kate Spade, Coach, Sperry, Nike, Adidas and Cotton on! Coach and Kate Spade have some of my favorite accessories. I love looking for new kicks at Nike and Adidas! Cotton On is comfortable and affordable clothing. These stores always have great amazing deals throughout the year. The Premium Outlet itself has a nice ambience...it is an outdoor mall that has a similar feel to the Saint Johns Town Center, although the Saint Johns Town Center has a more luxurious and glam design. But, I still prefer the Outlets because this girl LOVES her deals! read more

Tons of stores. Tons of store I love. There are some stores here where I can find really good deals, but for the most part, I have found many of the stores sell their items at regular prices and not outlet prices. I still like to come down from Jax every now and then and make a day of it.... always hoping to find at least a couple of great bargains. Just be prepared to pay regular prices for the most part. As others have said, parking is a pain. Bring your patience. Avoid the indoor food court. There's nothing good there. St. Augustine isn't that far from Jax, but I think the Outlets are a great option for those living in the area when they don't feel like making the drive north to the big city. read more

I really like this outdoor mall. Although I do not believe that there are tremendous savings as the term outlet would suggest, I do believe some stores do have marginally good discounts for slightly marred or less trendy items. The Nike, Vans, Adidas and Crocs shoe stores are pretty consistent with good clearance and everyday sales. The Cosmetics Company Store had several bargains as well. The outdoor mall has a little food court area but there are some restaurants across the street that would definitely make for a better meal before or after shopping. This outlet mall has a wide variety of shops, with some good bargains and a lot of parking! All good checkmarks in my book! read more

Outlets to me are just OK. Sometimes you can find a good deal and sometimes you can get things that are no longer circulating at the regular store (out of style). My wife loves them thought so away we go. I like that you can get some great walking in and if you have someone who can not go far there are benches built into the wall all over. read more

Stopped on our way to our hotel to check out the shops and only went to one side of the outlet. Property isn't being maintained and the signs touting cleanliness are a joke. I've been in gas station bathrooms in the middle of nowhere that were cleaner. Many stalls aren't functioning and dust and stagnant water was prominently visible on everything!! Everyone working in the stores was pleasant and I feel genuinely bad for them having to be there seeing how run down the place looks. The food court was just pitiful. I've worked in retail and currently work in f&b and I get it. Things are tough right now but the place looks dated and is definitely in need of actual cleanliness! Haven't been here in a long time! Came here on black friday but closer to the evening. There was still a lot of people, but we were able to quickly get parking (we didn't stalk lol). My fiance's brother and his girlfriend and I wanted to go shopping to look for clothes and items for our Japan trip this coming February and some Christmas ideas. We went to various shops and there are plenty to choose from. I really like this place. And also get a little coupon pamphlet when you check in. read more

The parking and traffic is a pain! I would like to see better flow for quicker access the parking lot. I must say the main reason we go is to visit a few stores. Brooks Brothers in particular is a friendlier version of the Retail chain. Paul at "BB" is especially professional. We have found Banana Republic, GAP, and years ago Le Creuset are good shopping options. A tip is to skip the traffic at the first light and go to the second turn for a back way that saves some time. read more

Claire's little shop of accessories is tucked away in the food court. We decided to have my daughter's ears pierced. They were so friendly and knowledgeable! I am so impressed! The girls were confident and their confidence gave my daughter confidence. My daughter and her sister both got pierced today. My 16 year old for her second time and my 9 year old for her first. What a blessing to have brought her in there! We saw Chantel and Michelle. They each stood on a side of my youngest and did it at the exact same time. They did this so she wouldn't have to have one done and then do another one. We got it over with in under two seconds. It hurt her a little, but because of the staff, we made a great memory! read more

The "indoor" side of the outlets to the east of I95 is no good. There's a Bath & Body Works, and Old Navy and a few higher end stores that keep that side running . The "outside" has much more to offer, tons of shopping to be done. Main entrance is always quite backed up during the holidays, but there's a north entrance that comes in at the other end of the mall. Better to go in that way during holiday season. read more

Located on the west side of interstate 95 this Outlet Mall offers a lot of quality stores. Although the entrance off the highway can be a little slow moving at times there is plenty of parking in the back and usually within a short walk of any of the store you frequent, exiting to the north is easy and gets you out a lot quicker. There are more than 85 shops here so plan ahead or expect to do a lot of walking. I've always enjoyed shopping here. read more

This is not the same outlet mall it was when I was a teenager. The Gap & Banana Republic, among others, have been there for years. But there's definitely some newer stores filling the shops than there was previously. Big Le Creuset fans in my house so that's always fun to walk around and wish about owning different pieces. When you look at the prices sometimes you really do wonder if you're at an outlet mall at all, but all of the shops usually have good clearance sales going on, especially around the holiday weekends. It's not the easiest mall to get into either. The traffic can be crazy on the weekends. My suggestion - though much more widely known than it used to be - would to be go to the North Entrance (through the stoplight). There are still a number of cars coming/going from that entrance but it doesn't get as backed up as the main entrance does. In way of food, there's not much around and the food court (at least the last time I actually went in) left little to be desired. Either eat before you go or plan to head out before you reach starvation city. Fast food can tie you over, but if you're able to drive a little east you can hit downtown St. Aug for much better options. read more

After living in Jacksonville for a year, I finally made the trip down to the outlets to see what they had to offer. I grew up in Tampa and traveled to the outlets in Orlando and Ellenton (in Sarasota) each summer, so my outlet expectations were a bit high. There is a decent selection of stores, everything from Nike to Bose to Banana Republic and Brooks Brothers. I was able to find some good deals, but overall it seemed like the prices were not that great of a steal when it came to comparing to what I would pay at a normal version of the store - the deals I found were either on sale or in the clearance racks. We started with the indoor mall and were disappointed as many of the storefronts were empty, and the stores left were just regular clothing stores - not outlet versions of designer brands. Head over to the outdoor mall if you're looking to find the real selection and better deals. If I want to go shopping, I'll stick with the much closer Town Center, though I would be willing to check out the outlets again for major sale holidays to see what I could find. A tip: get there a little early if you go during the weekend as the parking lot can fill up quickly. The layout is similar to a strip mall, and you'll be walking what feels like a mile from one end to the other, so try to park in the middle section. Also: eat before you go, as there are very few nearby restaurants and the food courts on both sides offer nothing short of concession food. read more

This outlet mall has everything I really need. A Banana Republic, Gap, White House Black Market, Bath and Body Works, Coach, Yankee Candle, Nine West, Cosmetics Company and a few others that are my regular stops. Parking can get crazy, but knock on wood, I normally get pretty lucky. The bathroom area is clean and accessible when you arrive or leave. Tip: I always take the very last entrance in... it's less congested! I don't normally eat here, but they have a few options in the food court if you are hungry. All in all, it's an outlet mall. Pretty good for some deals and people watching. It's really, really hard for this wannabe fashionista to pass it by on the highway. read more

I seem to end up here every time I'm in St Augustine. It's small enough that you can walk the whole thing, but big enough that you get some exercise. My favorite stores include J. Crew, Banana Republic, and Gap. Yes, these are at every outlet mall ever, but for some reason I just always find a ton of great deals this location. I think it's because the stores are laid out well and not as cluttered as you typically find in an outlet mall. read more

I, like other reviewers, tend to find myself at the Premium Outlets every time I am in St. Augustine. They have a great selection of stores and they are easily laid out. I'm a huge fan of Eddie Bauer, Yankee Candle, Sunglass Hut, Coach, Adidas, and Nike. The sales are endless which is definitely a plus! The parking however, is a real pain. It can be difficult getting in and out of the outlets, but, definitely use the second entrance/exit. Going to the outlet during the early hours of the weekend can be quite a pain due to the excessive amounts of shoppers, but, the later in the day is a great time to shop or even during the week. read more

The St. Augustine Premium Outlet Mall has been here a long time! Some store have come and gone but there is always a nice variety of stores for most any shoppers! The week before Christmas it appeared everyone had major sales going on! Parking is never a problem but with all the stores one may need to move their car as you go so not to carry so many bags...lol! I usually start at Reebok and did find a new exercise outfit on sale, of course! Then I moved along and bought a new Christmas book for Poppa to read to the grands, another shop some silicon mittens so our chefs don't burn their fingers and where else could I find a $70 pair of sandals discounted and discounted by 70% so only paying $5.00 for them! Continuing I bought numerous other stocking stuffers and such... way more then I thought I would find! As a matter of fact, my friends had to pull me back to the car cause I am afraid I would have been several more hours going through the stores! What can I say....everything was on sale! read more

I'm not really fond of shopping, but find the outlet mall a nice place to walk and get some exercise, as the place is huge. I found that the discounts are not exceptional enough to warrant purchasing often, but they can be found if you look hard enough. Me, I don't have the patience to do so. I am usually dragged here by relatives (the same cheap ones) who come here every year to find bargains. "I found these pants at ---- for $5.00, but found a similar pair at ---- for $4.50, so I'm going to return them". Groan.... The food court leaves a lot to be desired, so do yourself a favor and drive around the corner to the strip mall adjacent to the mall and eat at Lemongrass and enjoy a great Chinese/Thai meal. That alone is worth the trip to St. Augustine. read more

Not really accustomed to reviewing outlet malls but since I made a special visit to this place during my trip to nearby Jacksonville, what the heck... First of all, if you are coming from jax beach, it's an easy 30-40 minute or so drive south depending on traffic. Pros: Being a sports guy, I was loving the Nike, adidas & Under Armour. Although I found UA small & underwhelming, the other two had a great selection for myself & the whole family at decent prices. Other than that, they also other stores I like to visit such as j.crew, br factory, & clarks. Everywhere I went, the staffs of the various stores were very nice. The shopping center isn't overly large & is very easy to navigate. Strangely enough, after my visit I kept telling people about the bathrooms. Every one I visited was clean & spacious, which was a huge +, especially if you have children. Cons: the food court is in need of an update. Pizza, chinese, & two stands that sold pretty much the same thing (burgers & dogs) was it. There is another outlet mall across the highway which I didn't get to visit. Maybe I missed them, but it would have been nice if there was shuttle service between the two outlet centers. Serious shopaholics would think of this place as a 3 star place. However, because they had everything I would need in a nice compact strip mall setup, 4 stars. read more

Some of the stores are expensive yet you can find some bargains in the outlet stores. I love the Beall's Outlet store here and always find something nice. My husband got a cool wardrobe of name brands here for nothing. I gravitated to a pair of yoga pants. Unfortunately some stores are outrageous. Who wants to pay $70 for a sweater on sale unless it is Gucci or Chanel? Avoid those stores. read more

This outlet is, in my opinion, much superior to the newer, more inside one across the street. The layout can be a bit of a pain, it would be much more convenient if it was less of a straight line. When you park at one end and walk to the other, you then have to walk back past the same stores you've already seen (though it's a good way for a little forced exercise). Living in Clay County as I do, it takes me about the same time to drive to the outlets as it does to drive to the Town Center. I love the Banana Republic and Gap outlet stores (the only ones in town) but not every store here is an outlet. The walkway in front of the stores is covered through most of the outlets so rain isn't a big issue. Parking can be messy (I try to come first thing in the morning or during the week to avoid the craziness) and the food court is miserable but, as I said, the store options are superior to the other outlets in my opinion. read more

I don't know what it is but the place is not at all welcoming, some of the stores are rundown and there is a competing Outlet Mall across the street. I've been to different outlet malls and this is one of my favorites only because I know where all my favorite stores are. The hubby & I went to the outlet before we left for our weekend vaca and went back on our way back into town. The spot never disappoint. The Polo, Nike and Coach stores are my absolute favorites.
