My top place for general clothes shopping. I love coming to the St. Augustine Premium Outlets for J.Crew, Banana Republic, Puma, Brooks Brothers, and Calvin Klein. Most of the time this is a one stop shop for my activewear, casual clothes and business clothing. The outlets are convenient to I-95 and there is plenty of parking. The only part I would avoid is the food court. As you might expect, there is no good food there. read more

Now I built a few pf the stores in this huge now plaza. When we worked here I think we built the 2-6 stores here. 9 West was one of the units that we built that is still here. Not the same unit but the store itself. This place has gotten huge. There's really no way I'm going to walk it like I used to. The stores are bigger now also. The place is well kept and looks good. There is something for everyone that's for sure. I could even find a bunch of stores to I went into. One of them was the Van's store. Heck I used to skate for Van's when they first came to the east coast. They still carry the same shoes that I used to wear. Now if I'll ever come back. Let's just say this. I have been working in St A for the last 3 months or so and this is my first trip on this side of the highway. read more

Overall, the outlets are wonderful. One certain store that I must mention called "Your Own Treasures," though, made my experience less wonderful. We bought an ornament that was not at all broken, asked them to go off personalize it with our names, & then noticed that it was suddenly chipped. This upset my mom, clearly, & the manager stated "well we can't help what ornaments they pick," instead of offering up any other solution. I would not recommend that specific store at all due to bad attitudes, but the rest of the outlets are great. read more

There are a lot of stores to chose from if your a hard core shopper. We went on Labor Day and we found some good deals. The only negatives are the entrance is not designed for a lot of cars. It's way to small, it took us 30 min to park. Also, the sidewalk taking you to all the stores is also to small. It was very uncomfortable constantly bumping into other people. read more

The original outlet mall in St. Augustine! I remember doing quite a bit of school clothes shopping here when I was a kid. A LOT has changed since then, and this mall has gotten a LOT better with a greater selection of stores. Although I do enjoy the Prime Outlets across the street better, this is still a decent place to shop. The major downside to this mall is the lack of a good food court, and the fact that there's not a lot of walking room to be had when this place is busy. Since it's not an indoor mall, everyone is confined to a walkway in front of the stores which is not very wide, and you can get caught behind huge crowds who are window shopping and not paying attention. The stores are decent, though. Nike, Under Armour, Bose, Gap, Vans, Adidas all have great prices and a good selection. You won't find the super fancy stores like the other mall has (Gucci, Saks, Juicy, etc...), but since I don't step foot in those stores, it doesn't matter to me. The other mall is nicer in terms of having A/C, more parking, and a better food court, but they both have great stores and lots of great prices. My suggestion- make a day of it, and hit up both malls... They're only a five minute drive apart. Just plan on eating lunch at the other mall, or at one of the local restaurants. Oh man! There's Brooks Brothers, Banana Republic, Coach, Polo, Tommy Hilfiger, the Gap, BCBG, Calvin Klein, the list goes on and on! I love it. Outlets everywhere you look. It's way better than those in Freeport, Maine or Buffalo, New York. The food court is truly a disaster, but just get your shop on and get out. Do bother with the Beltz outlet across the highway. It's worthless save for the Adidas store. I need to stop now, before I get too giddy with excitement. read more

Great variety of stores, from Coach, Gap, Carters, Jockey, Under Armour, Nike, Tommy Bahamas, to Vans. Open early (@9am?). Clean food court with plenty of high chairs that are actually useful to feeding your baby and keeping him/her safely on the chair. They even have free sanitizing wipes to rid the highchairs from the germs possibly left by the last babe. -NICE!! The food selection is mediocre but then again, this is not a five star restaurant nor does it claim to be. The bathrooms are clean & well kept so this family is accommodated & enjoys a days worth of shopping without worry. read more

First of all, I hate shopping. I detest it. Second of all, I went on Tax free weekend. With that in mind, it has almost every type is store imaginable. I only went into a few because I got very overwhelmed. The prices on some items were pretty good deals. Other items, even with the sale, were beyond what I would pay for them. I don't do designer brands. I can't justify paying so much for a name. If I lived in the area, and needed to go shopping, I would no doubt come here. read more

This place doesn't seem to have many good reviews but we really enjoyed it. Of course we also only went to the Casual XL, Carters, and the chocolate place. In the men's casual place we were helped by Ed who was awesome! He was so helpful and even wonderful with our son. He found us everything we needed and then some. We will definitely be back. Carter's of course has cute kids' stuff for reasonable prices. The chocolate place was decadent and the help apathetic. We would have bought so much more if she had been helpful. There's lots of variety at these outlets but almost all the stores sell 2nds(clothes made for the outlets) or their more expensive than going to the mall on a sale day. Take Nike for example I have never bought a shoe there because I can find the exact if not better shoe at Finishline for less money. They do have a good variety and if your from out of town it's worth a stop, if you live here go to the mall, Ross, Marshalls, TJ Maxx for better deals. read more

We were shopping for dress shirts for the groomsmen in our wedding and had a specific dress shirt, including color, in mind. The attendants went above and beyond to ensure we could purchase all of the shirts, in the sizes we needed. They went as far as searching for a Tommy store for one of the smaller sizes they didn't have in their store. They ordered it on Saturday, 9/24 and we received in the mail today with a very nice card included. They certainly went above and beyond to help us get what we needed for our wedding!!! read more

This is a huge outlet conglomerate, but basically, outdoor strip mall, that goes on forever. We have to repark several times to do it all. Not everyone knows Florida law about stopping for pedestrians and some day, I maybe a millionaire for shopping here and being struck by lousy tourist drivers. Don't like their ridiculous speed bumps, nor the line of cars entering. Don't like the Reebok store--short on shoes that are popular. Bealls Outlet is no different than your hometown clutterspot. $40 for Crocs now? You jest. Plenty of clothing stores, short on other "good junk". Duplicates in the store down the road. Lack of great places to eat in the area. Great Harry & David's store--but even they have priced themselves out of the "outlet" entitlement. read more

My only concern was when I was walking the mall. I was behind two women with radio that sounded like they were belittling the cleaning crew and then continued to make fun of two heavier set ladies that were walking in front of them. Good: A lot of different stores and decently easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Bad: Everything is on one narrow sidewalk. Between people suddenly throwing doors open without looking through the glass, vending machines, and giant poles, you have maybe three feet to navigate through all the slow people. read more

The H&M store inside the outlet mall is the worst store I have ever been to! The customer service is the worst!! They wouldn't return clothes I had receptors for! And they made me feel like I was wrong for trying to exchange clothes that didn't fit. I will never go back to that location again. I would rather drive to Jacksonville and go to the H&M store there. read more
