Went there to get a used tire for my truck spare. I upgraded to larger tires and didn't want to pay…read morefor a new spare...so thought this was a good idea. Went there and picked out what I thought was a decent tire for 50 bucks. I was having this put on in St. Louis when I got my new tires put on. After I paid and before leaving I noticed the rubber around the rim area was damaged and decided that I did not want to get a used tire. I pointed out the damaged area and said I want my money back. I explained I am getting this put on in St. Louis and if there is an issue as it is damaged, I'm out the money. They would not refund my money. First they told me you can't get a refund...and I was like I have not left the shop. The tire is right there. They then said that they don't know how to do a refund and I have to pick a different used tire. I was like no I want a refund, I don't want a used tire as they seem damaged. They called the owner and then told me nope no refund pick a different tire. Well I picked what looked like the best one(only had 2 left to pick from for the size) and was like this is not ok. So had my new tires put on in STL and they guy at Walmart said I can't put this on your car/spare as it is dry rotted and not a viable tire. So 50 bucks for a tire I did not want because they wouldn't give me a refund and it's a dry rotted tire. Will be going back to demand my money back again.

I waited for over 2 hours to get tires put on. Then at closing time the guy said they wouldn't get…read morethem done! He was very rude about it also.

I went to this establishment with new 33" tires and was fully intent on buying a suspension lift…read morefollowing placement on my truck. I just wanted to see if they could place the tires (which were already mounted on wheels) on my truck. The older man came out and told me "those tires will NEVER fit on this truck. You're best off trying to get your money back for these wheels and tires." He barely even looked. I asked him if there were any lifts available for my older Ford Expedition (which I intended on acquiring anyway). He quickly looked and then proceeded to tell me that there is NO lift for this truck. I felt like I was dismissed. Maybe he thought that, because I was in an older inexpensive car, his time was too valuable for me. What he doesn't understand is that this truck was a farm truck that I was getting ready, and I have several other vehicles that I was interested in making additions to. I went to wal mart and they put the wheels/tires on with no problems at installation or thereafter. The lift kit just arrived and is being installed in Springfield. I will never go to this establishment again. I'll take all my business down south.

If you CAN understand Elmer Fudd at the front desk, good luck getting any info from him. They throw their hands up in the air at any issue that arises and the book doesn't explain. After half a day of trying to find a vibration in my front end, they drove it around front and said "I don't know" the second I got home, I pulled the front drive shaft and problem found. They sell an indexing ring that JH didn't know anything about. At that time, I also noticed that they didn't grease half of the new control arms or the new tie rod. They didn't measure ride height before they installed the lift so my truck was squatting. They didn't know they sold a 4" block option. You will have to call them at least three times to remind them to order the parts you needed in the first place, because twice isn't enough and they don't stock anything in the "shop." Oh, and the alignment place they use is the same thing. My toe was out one degree and six months and a dozen phone calls later, they still won't make anything right.
