I completed the form knowing I could go back in to check the options for adding my wife's vehicle. If not, I'd call the number they list for customer service. 1st strike- The form states I can add additional vehicles but I kept getting errors. I waited 24 hours and tried again ...no go. 2nd strike- I called the customer service number only to be answered by a bot that told me some would call me back in THREE DAYS. I closed my account. 3rd strike - Three days later I received a call. I told her the issue and that I closed my account because of the web site issue and the phone call experience and why it is NOT customer service. She said, "So you closed your account? Ok, bye." I leave and I'm getting gas close by and was looking and I didn't get any tire shine which I noticed the sign didn't come on so I went back the kid did question me but re- wash it for me. so as I'm going back through there was a customer in front of me tire shine sign ca on as I wen through the sign stayed off again I pulled around to the kid again showed him no tire shine again now he's telling me there's tire shine on them!!!!! Just $10 but it's the principal of it.
