My initial appointment took about two hours because I had to complete a bunch of paperwork and it seems like they double-book patients. They assured me that would be the longest appointment, which it was, but I've had to wait a bit other times. Their hours of operation are limited. Their covid-19 precautions were dismal, which makes me question how much they care about their patient's health and wellbeing. The front desk staff were unmasked and Dr. Schwartz only wore his mask periodically (some times just over his mouth), and this was before the vaccine was being widely offered. The times I went after the initial CDC recommendation that vaccinated people didn't need to mask, Dr. Schwartz was unmasked. I felt really uncomfortable. The way the office works seems outdated/inefficient. They charge clients a fee to use a credit card which i find to be absurd nowadays. Some of the equipment seems outdated and I wasn't given a vest to wear for X-rays. You have to complete this tedious electronic form every time you go in to identify all the spots that are bothering you that day. Dr. Schwartz seems knowledgeable, but didn't provide me with a detailed treatment plan despite saying he would provide one. I ended up going to another chiropractor where I don't have to wait long, staff are following COVID-19 protection precautions, they have more convenient hours, and I can pay with a credit card without being charged. I feel like I am getting better care elsewhere.

I have been to many chiro doctors and the past and i really liked this office. The doctor is gentle and asks a lot of questions about my manipulation preferences. I think that is very important for clients who may have apprehension. Ive been getting chiropractic for years so im not new to this field and like many techniques.
