I ordered a "Pretty as a Pitcher" arrangement online and when I came to pick it up I was told they couldn't get the pitchers anymore and replaced it with a small white bowl. I wasn't offered a refund or any money off for the clearly lower-quality arrangement. Nor was I notified they had to replace the pitcher. I would have changed my order. Add to that, many of the flowers in the arrangement were obviously withered and well past their prime. As I placed it in my car, two roses even fell out of the arrangement.
