Great box to work out at! And best prices all around compared to most if not all CrossFit gyms…read more Check out their website for class times. I have been going for almost two years now and known them since they started out of their own garage. I have never felt stronger as a person and not just strength but in all around fitness and have gained much confidence in myself. They have everything you would expect from a CrossFit gym or "box." If you never have tried it, this is a great place to start. They also offer punch cards! The coaches are Randy, Yvonne and Cecelia. They are a family run business and are truly invested in helping you reach your goals of elite fitness. The number of athletes that attend this box has grown since I have started going here and they even form teams to compete locally in CrossFit competitions for those who are competitive. You will be challenged to push your limits and you won't be disappointed! They are also very good at scaling workouts to meet your level of physical fitness. I go to 6am and 8am classes mostly and it works well with my schedule. Check them out!

Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

The staff and other members are great and really foster a positive attitude towards fitness. Great gym to come to and get a sweat in!

New owner took over in Feb. 2016 and it became a glorified daycare. So if you don't mind…read moredeadlifting or Overhead squatting with her kids running and jumping in front of you then your all good. I complained and she told me I was not suitable for her gym. Save yourself money and check out other clubs in the area as they have so much more to offer for the same money. ( Barbell club, yoga, more certified coaches, more scheduled classes daily and especially on weekends, and so much more equipment!!) The new owner has cut out coaches and classes and made the place into a family gym. Her reason for all the cuts is she just didn't have the money right now. Well the old owner managed to offer these services. They DO NOT have any fundamental classes so you never get to learn properly how to do the movements. You are forced to learn by others in class because the coach is too busy trying to keep everyone moving. The classes are scheduled back to back so if they run over you cannot start your class on time. WODs are not overly creative. One of the last ones they had before I left was a 1 mile run! That is not a WOD. I complained and said I was at a crossfit club and not a running club. The owner said to "Suck it up we all should know how to run!" I pay $150 to run Hell NO! I can run on my own time! I then said in the 4 months at the club not once did we do tire flips, rope climbs, sled pulls/pushes or any of that fun stuff. That is what I expect in crossfit, not to just run!! The facility is not overly clean. I mentioned to the owner I really did not enjoy sharing a small bathroom with a huge industrial size shop vac. (It was dirty and smelly)There are no coat hooks, lockers or cubicles so be prepared to throw you gym bag and coat on the floor. Not to bad in summer but in winter or rainy days your things sits in puddles of water from everyones boots. Honestly save yourself money and check out other places close by. I love crossfit and the whole community but this club just cannot compete.
