Without batting an eye, Sheldon quickly added my last minute song choice and ensured everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding. He seamlessly MC'd and kept the music bumping throughout the night so there was still a crowd at the very end. Friends told us they thought the DJ was amazing and that they had never seen guests enter the dance floor so quickly and pack the area. One friend even asked us for Epic Entertainment's contact info so he could request Sheldon's services for his wedding. Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us! From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that! By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. This was my second time visiting Stetson Hall as well as the second SSTW production I have seen. Stetson Hall is located in the heart of Randolph. A historic building set at the four corners of North Street, S Main Street, Union Street, and N Main Street. The building is handicapped accessible with a working elevator to the second level. The bathrooms are also handicapped accessible. There is plenty of parking and an entrance on S Main Street and Union Street. There is also a large parking lot next door should it become necessary. As an audience member, there is not a bad seat in the house. The seating is typical banquet hall seats. They are not terribly comfortable however. I would recommend bringing a seat cushion. The production itself was wonderful. As I mentioned this was the second SSTW production I had the privilege of viewing and I loved every minute of it. Allison could not have done a better job the day of. She built a great rapport with my family, bridal party, and the venue's event manager to ensure the day ran smoothly. She knew the schedule and set up like the back of her hand. When the timing of certain day-of activities changed last minute, she made sure to let me know of the changes and the night went on without issue. If it were not for COVID and my anxieties around how it would affect our wedding I likely would not have looked for an outside coordinator- our venue did provide one that began to work closely with us (and Allison) in the month or so before the wedding and I truly believe she would have done a comparable job in the day-of execution.
