Complete garbage! They don't get back to you. Constantly put on hold. Charged for a full nail trim after only doing 2 NAILS.

If you want your dog alive don't go to this place. I see lot of positive reviews here maybe they've been lucky or they just for minor things but this place is a hit and missed place. I took my 7 years 5 pounds female Yorkie to be checked for vaginal discharge, that was going on for weeks , I brought the diapers with the yellowish discharge spots ,the doctor saw her and said was late period , my puppy had the period tree weeks earlier ok I took her word she is the doctor, done went home. The same day I during the night she start bleeding a lot , and did want to eat. I brought my puppy again the next morning , the doctor saw her I told her I was worry about if it was pyometra, they did blood work and xrays , the doctors diagnostic was they did not found any sign of pyometra. when ready to leave the room my poppy vomited and she was not breathing right , I ask the tech to look for the the doctor to talk about the vomiting and she did not even came to the room to check my puppy ,she sent the tech with an injection for nausea , I said no I believed was not nausea, this same doctor in another occasion told me that the symptoms of pyometra was vomining , diarrhea and not eating same symptoms my puppy was having, I paid the big amount of money the always charge and went home, when I got home my puppy was weak with diarrhea and hard time breathing I call them again I told them that I just got back from there and that my puppy was not looking good ,that she was getting weaker, they told me that might be stress and that the doctor did not want to see her again because it might get the stress worse, I asked them about the diarrhea they said I have to make another appointment for that , can you believe that? my puppy is dying I just got back from there and they did not want to see her. My puppy got worse passed out and I called another vet in the area and they told me to rush and bring her and I took her right away and they start giving her the first aid, she was dying not breathing and with vaginal bleeding, they run some test and they told me was pyometra at the last stages, it had ripped through the walls of the ovaries and was contaminating the other organs, they suggested surgery right away but they said they are not sure if she would survive, she was too weak, they performed surgery and she survived surgery but died on recovery. This place Saint cloud 192 hospital used to be called low cost hospital meaning you will pay the big price when they killed your pet, if you want you pet get killed by this unprofessional people that don't care about you beloved pet go right ahead go there but if you love your pet and want a place where they care for you pet go somewhere else. This place should be shut down for negligence and malpractice. read more

I've been going here for years. Some of the cheapest service. When staff is busy it might not always be the best service but I mean, THEYRE BUSY lol! Only thing with this place is that there will probably be a wait. Other than that, I have never had any issues. read more

LOVE everyone here. I started coming to this office about three weeks ago when my kittens became ill. I called that morning and was able to get in that afternoon. The office although clearly is not new, it is exactly how it should be. Inviting and the staff are beyond great! They have several rooms. First they take you into an exam room and do and the vitals and take a history. Then, you are onto the room with Dr. Atkins the best vet I have had. Very gentle and knows his stuff. Once he make his evaluation, you are back to the other room for meds and to check out. Again, the staff all of them are amazing. I will only use the office from now on. The costs and in my opinion, much cheaper then most. read more

I rushed my very sick cat in 4/13/23 to this office, she was bleeding from the mouth and could not breathe. I did not expect the response I received when I said she was dying and needed to be seen immediately, I was told they had no appointments open, WHAT!!!!!!!. The technician asked the vet, I was informed NO, they could not see her. Iwas left with no choice but to rush out to take her another 5 miles down the road thru heavy traffic to another vet, when we arrived, she was dead. The only thing I could do was set up cremation. I miss her so much, but the real problem, she suffered and died terribly because of this lousy Vets Office. I have reached out to the owner, Dr. Larry Adkins for comment, but have not heard anything. read more

This place simply sucks. You get what you pay for. The communication is horrible. If you have a large breed dog or a breed they deem "aggressive", they will lie to you and make excuses to frustrate you to leave. My dog had an injury to his hind legs that I warned the staff about, yet they ignored his injury and made it worse. When I got his records to give to his new vet, there was a note about aggressiveness because of his hind legs and must be muzzled. My new vet had no issues touching his legs and no need to muzzle. First time visit, very pleasant experience! I was able to accompany my dog wearing a mask. The doctor and assistant were very loving in handling my big 13 yr old dog while giving a thorough examination. Gave me great overall advice in continued care for my baby and thorough instructions with medication. Took our 2 dogs to St.Cloud 192 Pet Hospital for their annual checkups and shots, and couldn't be more pleased of how they were handled and treated by Jesse Martinez. I had to wait 45 minutes, but Jesse was worth the wait. He came right to the car and was so pleasant. He asked questions and what was needed, and within 15 minutes had all done for both dogs. He mentioned other treatments that could be done and why he recommends them, but said "It's totally up to you". I did do the 2 of them, since their price was exactly the same as if I ordered it myself on line. I strongly recommend them and ask for Jesse. read more

DON'T WASTED YOUR TIME GOING HERE, I had an appointment with them like 6 months ago and I asked Jesse (one of the managers) that was taking care of my dogs if he can give me a prescription for the heartworm pills and he said "You can make the order and then we approve it" soo a week ago I made the order since my prescription was done and the pharmacy contact them to get the approval and they said that I need to call them. Apparently per Jesse (manager) they can't approve it because I have no history on my record that I'm buying that from a pharmacy which's doesn't make sense if you are a new patient with them and he make me call my old vet to get the records to give them evidence for nothing, so ridiculous when they are ready made the heartworm test and all came negative. Theyyyy can be cheap but at the end it cost more because there's a lack of communication, people are rude, they don't care about your dogs, they always like to make you feel that you are wrong. Prefer paying a lot but get a better service. SOO IF YOU WANT TO WASTED YOUR TIME, GET INCORRECT ANSWERS FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND WAIT FOR THEM TO DO NOTHING FOR YOU GO THERE. Never got a call back from them, never approved my prescription and I understand why, they want me to buy from them but that is not gonna happen. GOOD LUCK IF YOU GO HERE. read more

I have been going here for many years with different pets. Today was the worst possible service ever. One of my previous visits on a Saturday was a negative one but thought maybe the young girl was new and did not know much. I usually deal with Jessie and he is great. I took my dog in for a "follow-up" appt for medications for my dog. After the checkup, which was about 5 minutes of questions and answers, I was told y dog could get more medication but limited time. The meds he has are for 6 months and was told I could not get the 2 months remaining without being seen in 4 months, which was today. After a while, sitting in the room, I went out and asked the receptionist if someone getting my script and meds. Never once, after asking the women at desk about the meds, did she look up at me when answering. She just saying she didn't know. When I asked her again, she said go back in the room and Jacob (which was great by the way) will be with you. Now I am there for an hour for a 5 minute follow up. I finally got my script and meds, now totaling 1 hour and 45 minutes for a 5 minute follow up. I do use another vet in the area and have never once been charged for a follow up for a dog when no testing was involved. The receptionist told me the follow up was $35 and meds $40. Again, never once did the woman talk to me in a professional manner or answer my questions. $75 for 5 minutes and some meds. I did tell her that charging for a follow up was not usual. She said I should call an complain on the phone to someone. After all this, she mentions, they usually charge $3 for a script, but I won't charge you this time. I have never been charged a script ANYWHERE and not previously here, unless they never told me. The 2 women at the desk were very unprofessional and anti-social to the max. I heard her complain of being too busy. Not my problem. Retrain these employees because you have lost my business!!! read more

I hate to do this, because I love this place, I love the people that work here. I have been waiting and waiting for the 3rd time for an antibiotic to treat my dog's UTI- I brought in not 1 not 2 but 3 pee samples, not sure what happened to the first 2- I know they are busy, but if they cannot take care of all the customers Pets on a timely manner - they really should not accept anymore pet patients. So we are on the 3rd pee sample, I called Monday- vet called in sick, but my pet sample is in, I called Tuesday same thing, Vet is sick, that is fine, but when I called today- Wednesday, Vet is at lunch, they should of called me by now and the girl tried telling me we just got the sample in today. I told her that is a lie, I already know you received it on Monday. Do not lie to me, I am not stupid. To begin with I could not get into the Vet for 2 months, so now it has been 4 months and my dog will probably have Kidney failure for having a UTI for so long. It is terrible. read more
