I no sooner got it back and I hit a deer 50 feet from where the black ice was! 2 weeks later I hit a deer that took out the passenger side of my truck. Don Johnson's team has fixed my truck 3 times and each time it comes back better than it did when I first bought it. Kerri and Ryan are awesome and always make sure to keep their customers informed. The weather forecast was for rain and snow that weekend and we now had a vehicle with an open window! We pulled into Don Johnson Ford in Cumberland (we were driving a Lincoln), and asked if there was any way that they could look at it, and help us out. They advised that their schedule was full, but they would see what they could do. (We were trying to make one of the very few ferries for the day, so were under a significant time crunch!) Within 45 minutes, they had removed the door and were able to bring the window back up, and then secured it for us! (If they had had the parts, they would have fixed it too!) Finally I call either the sales department or collision department and they will go over and find out what's going on in service and why they aren't picking up or returning voicemails! When Service finally gets back to me, to book an appointment they make an excuse that it's their new phone system. It can't be their new phone system for the past two years! It has to be under staffed, laziness or something else! I think the owners of Don Johnson have no clue how mismanaged this service department is or they would solve this issue immediately.
