The clerk greeted me upon arrival as he returned to assisting a couple ahead of me. This was their first visit as well. They had used CBD oil for some time and excited to have a place nearby. The clerk was patient with all of us as we bombarded him with questions. He explained all of the options and products available. If you want customers to return...try a different approach. Customer Service...maybe not. Rule #1...Make it right with the customer...THEN ask questions. Calling a customer a liar to their face won't make people want to come back. Having managed Hardware stores and Rental depts. I've walked in their shoes. They are simply doing it wrong!
