    Wow incompetent

People if you live in Northern Kentucky Saint Elizabeth sucks you'll be most likely die. They can't even get a bug out of my eye or follow directions simple things in life. Nurse came into my room did a quick look didn't really look I'll ask her can someone stay here with me and take it to the bug out of my eye she said yes next thing I know I'm by myself. Wow I was by myself I heard her talking about what time she gets off to the paramedic guy who was his boyfriend I'm assuming the bug started flutter around in my it hurts I started yelling for somebody to come out here they ignored me so I took off everything and walked out they told me I had a signed paper I looked at them and said are you signing nothing all day I have to do is die. You did not do nothing for me so I'm not signing nothing they started to taunt me these are professional people not they're ghetto people with fucking jobs I would never go back to this place again so if you ever go to Saint Elizabeth Hospital I will not visit you I will not step foot on the property ever again I still have the bug in my eye I guess I'll go to the Cincinnati real hospital to get this fucking bug out of eye for you people who have cancer I'm going to die because these people are incompetent.

Wow, hospitals have changed alot since last time I've been to them. Everyone is so courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful here. I really like how they let me be by my fiancés side - from the moment we walked into ER - well, except for the sanitary procedures - which is good because I would faint anyway - they let me be right by him. This has really helped me and him. I also have to mention their "Culinary Creations" because it feels and tastes alot like room service at a hotel. You order from a menu, they tell you the time it will arrive, and it is DELICIOUS. I don't remember liking hospital food in the past. This place sure will leave a good impression with me. The mashed potatoes are real potatoes, the pot roast is so tender, and well everything has been very good. They also all keep computers with them and enter info immediately so everyone is always updated. Seems like in the past their was a lack of communication. So this is good. We still have major surgery in a few days - but for now all is good and they have made such a good impression I want to go on and review them.

Let's get one thing straight: Nobody likes staying in the hospital. I mean NOBODY. Least of all me…read more It's difficult to impossible to get blood from me, IV's don't like me...and I just don't like needles. That said, if you're going in, you can do a lot worse than what is now St Elizabeth Florence. First off, the doctors and nurses are generally nice. Most of them genuinely enjoy making people well. Not like some hospitals. From the ER to the floor, I met some nice folks along the way. Secondly, the food there is actually decent. Now, I'm grading on a curve because hospital food is...well, just that. But at many hospitals you're stuck with four or five choices for what you get for each course, and you're at the mercy of their delivery schedule. Not at St Elizabeth. Here, you can call a special number, and order what you want from a fairly extensive menu (except breakfast food is limited). The downside to this? It's only available 7AM-7PM. So in other words, if you're admitted at 7:01 PM, you're outta luck for that (although the floors typically have some snacks and drinks available for patients). If the cut-off time were even 8:30 or 9 PM, this would be four stars. My other complaint? Well, apparently the lab techs are supposed to give you a card with their name on it so you can call about something they may have done, whenever they come to draw blood, and they're supposed to ask for name and birthdate to make sure they're doing the right tests on the right people. They drew blood from me every day of my stay, and I only received the card once. And I remember only two techs asking my name and birthdate. I can overlook the card thing, because it's really no big deal, but I absolutely cannot overlook the name/birthdate issue..which knocks another star off. You cannot mix up tests, because inevitably, someone's going to get the wrong test result and you're going to treat for something that's not even the real issue. So, 3/5 it is. We all hate hospital stays, but if you've got to go, St Elizabeth Florence is okay.

My son and I spent several days in the hospital recovering and I was very comforted by the care I received from the nursing staff. The birthing suites were state-of-the-art without feeling like an austere hospital room. In all, I was very happy with my experience.

Like many Americans, I took a short hiatus from regular visits to the doctor during the pandemic…read more Couple that with transferring all of my medical records from out of state, and you can definitely say that I was a little apprehensive about my first visit in more than two years. All of those fears quickly went away, however, after my experience at this St. Elizabeth location! I scheduled an appointment online through their website, and was able to make it about two weeks in advance. I didn't have a MyChart account prior to my appointment, so the nurse that checked me in helped me set up my account in-person, and even walked me through how to make future appointments! My actual exam was with Dr. Trumble, and she was fabulous. So kind and knowledgable - exactly what you'd want from a doctor. The entire facility looks brand new - everything was clean and updated. I asked one of the nurses how long they'd been in this location, and she said it opened shortly before the pandemic. Next door to the primary care center, they also have a lab center. I bopped over here on a separate morning to complete some bloodwork, and was so surprised that they had me in and out in 10 minutes! You don't even need an appointment. Everyone that I interacted with at both of these experiences was incredibly friendly and helpful - I don't think I'll seek medical treatment anywhere else as long as I'm living in NKY!
