They're taking all the precautions with the pandemic and just overall gave me a great experience. They came out to take my temp beforehand and also sent me a covid questionnaire to ensure that I was taking all of the precautions and keeping the staff there safe as well. Malia, my hygeniest, was so nice and knowledgeable. She is definitely one I would want to work on my teeth every time I go in. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gold! She's very friendly and she knows how to make a patient feel like they have really gotten somewhere by taking care of their own teeth in between visits. I was called about being late for my appointment and I had my appointment card on my desk at work telling me I wasn't due for another hour and six months prior to that I was locked out again because they scheduled me for a Tuesday when they were closed. Today the website shows they're open and I'm standing here in the rain with a locked door and an appointment card saying I have a 2 o'clock appointment. That's ridiculous. I'm taking off for the six month appointments and they can't get their scheduling correct. What else are they doing wrong?

After a few sessions, I felt a world of improvement. No surgery or meds needed! My MD was impressed. Then when I was facing surgery for a different medical issue; I was recommended to get a massage pre-surgery. My surgeon stated that massage 'seems to help patients when preparing for surgeries." The office itself is small and intimate. I had written her prior to massage and we talked more in-depth about my migraines. I paired a full-body massage with cranio-sacral (which I had never had before). The massage room is very cozy: dimly lit with fabric hung from the ceiling (it reminded me of a cloud). Much to my surprise, despite her use of oils, I was not overpowered by smells. The massage was great - I loved the warmed socks she provides. The week after my massage I felt wonderful. I could definitely feel that the tension in my neck and shoulders had been significantly reduced, and my migraines were not quite as intense. I would highly recommend Lotus Tree if you're looking for someone who will take the time to listen to your ailments and work on them! I'm hoping to make visits here a regular occurrence.

I was very dissatisfied with the care my brother received at this facility.He had fallen at home…read moreand I took him to the hospital to be checked for any broken bones,etc. There were no injuries except some bruising. He was then recommended for re-hab at Cold Spring Transitional Center.He was to undergo physical therapy to strengthen his legs and enable walking good again. The staff was more interested in sedating him and keeping him in bed!They instantly got an attitude when we had his sedatives removed!He was there for rehabilitation not sleeping in bed! His meals were never monitored or with assist,which I had asked for,just placed in room with no help to eat and left laying down in bed. I went myself to feed him for almost every meal!! He was left in bed uncovered,wet and with bowel movement on him.Their understaffed aides are rude and are not capable of taking care of your loved ones! They don't care! I removed my brother myself and brought him home to be cared for. If you have to have a family member there you BETTER check on them daily!!
