If you haven't been to this venue, it's really a show stopper. An old house with so much charm, and the views are breathtaking. The patio allows you to see beautiful views of CHATTANOOGA, and then having the opportunity to take pictures at Rock City the day of the wedding, there really is just no bad place to take a picture at this venue. I honestly can't rave enough about the staff. The professionalism, sincerity, and overall patience of the staff is out of this world. If you love the outdoors/nature, this venue is your best bet. Oh and did i mention they are dog friendly! My pup Ella was there the entire day for the wedding. I made an appointment on 11/11 to tour the place and go over with details with Breanna or Hannah. I drove 2 hours there, got there and they say just show yourself around because I've got to take a call. I never saw them again during the visit. we had no idea where to go, so the caterer showed us around and spoke with us about what they provided. So, I got no where with numbers. On December 1, I received an email from the manager Jonathan stating that food amounts have increased. I still haven't at this point signed any contract about food or drinks or anything besides the use of the venue. I never received an updated invoice sent to me. I logged onto my online portal in January and my bill went from $5,250 to over $12,000 with my esignature from 9/9/21 on it!!!! Not only did they increase my bill without my permission, they added my esignature without permission!! Basically, they created a contract on a bunch of what ifs for my potential wedding and then signed my esignature via 9/9 to make it look like I wanted this from the very beginning. It is very misleading! The customer service was horrible! Please all future brides keep an eye on your contract. Terrible experience!!

It wasn't until we visited Walnut Hill Farm that we fell in love with a venue. The Conservatory/Lower Barn by the pond is just dreamy. It's intimate and charming, and absolutely perfect. But really, it was Matt Barrett that we fell in love with too. From day one he was warm, and kind and responsive. He was there throughout the entire process, literally from day one through the wedding day, just checking in, answering a million questions (and I'm not even kidding), and making sure things were getting done. I was planning the wedding long distance, and he and Amanda made it a breeze. That's saying a lot from someone who's a semi-OCD control-freak :D I truly could not have hoped for a better wedding. Amanda literally took the dreams in my head and made them come to life in our round arch, our table arrangements, and everything in between. The flowers were just to-die for, and they truly set the scene. I've heard over and over again from guests how beautiful everything was, and I know they meant it, because it was! Amanda has an incredible talent, and I'm so glad she used it on my wedding. Jasa and her team knocked it out of the park with the food. I heard from so many guests how delicious everything was, even from our more picky guests. The serving process was smooth, and everyone enjoyed their meal - that's a huge win in my book! The space is large and clean, the bathrooms are kept up, it's got several hotel options near by and restaurants as well. My one complaint is in regard to the administration running the place. I understand places like this not allowing outside food if you are attending an event for a couple of hours, they want you to buy their overpriced food. But for artists vending at event all day they should be shown some leniency. In many cases vendors have to pay a lot to show at these events, and I don't agree with them being held hostage and having to buy the over priced food, they are the reason everyone else is there, if they want to bring something small in their backpack to snack on, show them some respect. That being said the security was a bit much, clearly power hungry rent a cops, and it people like that who ruin events. I heard several vendors commenting they would never do another event at this spot because of the door staff or the power hungry people working the dock. Take it for why it's worth, it's just my 2 cents!
