Only ONE responded the same evening, and that was Keypoint, and they responded within 10 minutes, and offered to come over within the next few minutes. The tenants had already checked into a hotel before they contacted me, so they requested a 9 AM appointment on Monday, which was a holiday. Keypoint agreed to this, and showed up on time, in fact, a few minutes early, and replaced the lock and provided new keys within a half an hour. This was absolutely phenomenal service, including responding after midnight, doing work on a holiday, showing up on time, and doing fine work. Oh, and they honored their original quote, which was half what I would've expected to pay for an emergency late night call and did not charge any extra for having to work on a holiday.
