My son misplaced the keys to my vehicle and they were the only keys I had to that car.So being frustrated he went online to look for a locksmith he found some guy who came out and could not get anything done because he didn't have a code I paid him for the service call.Next he called another guy from Concord who said he was a locksmith he came out he bought a code and cut me a key but it would not start the car so I paid him he said there was something wrong with my car he was a total liar he did not know what he was doing and real quack . Then I found a real locksmith called THE DRILL TEAM the difference was night and day when he arrived he presented me with his credentials I was so happy I knew I had the right man for this job the man's name was Feather he started from the beginning troubleshooting what the problem was and as he was doing his work he was explaining to me just exactly what he was doing and letting me know if it could be done and my car had already had 3 or 4 different keys cut for it over its lifetime so maybe I was not going to get it done .I left him alone now it was late and daylight was gone so I said I can't see could you come back tomorrow Feather and that was fine he told me He has a full schedule tomorrow but he can come after he was done , come to find out he does alot of work for several car dealerships around So he told me he would call me tomorrow at 1pm so I got the call and he told me to just go and put my new key he made for me and put the key on the accessory position for 2 hrs and he would be here within that time and we will see if he can get me back on the road ok I did what Feather said. He showed up we talked and he told me he now had to program the key into the computer and see what happens. That was the step the other 2 quacks had no clue about that I paid. Timely, FRIENDLY, and approachable service. After meeting with 2 amateur "locksmiths" who were unable to duplicate my original fob key, I was approached by Feather. He asked about my situation with needing an original key fob duplicated due to my mom losing the 2nd one. He asked for specifics and was incredibly professional throughout the entire communication process. I had to wait a whole week to follow-up with him due to the work week and yet he still made the time for me on a late Saturday afternoon to get the key duplicated. The key was for an older model vehicle, so there was a little bit of trial and error, but he eventually got all copies of it to work and STILL charged me a fair price. Enough that I still want to TIP the man! But he of course declined. This man is as professional as they come and he will not disappoint.
