After attending, though, I never ended up visiting the others. From the very beginning it felt like a place where people genuinely cared about each other. The pastor does an incredible job with his messages. He communicates in a way that connects both intellectually and emotionally, which makes the teachings engaging, thoughtful, and meaningful. Each sermon feels grounded, relevant, and easy to apply to real life. What has stood out the most to me, though, is the community. The people at Mountain Vineyard are warm, welcoming, and authentic. It does not feel like a place where you just attend on Sundays. It feels like a family. I'm very grateful I walked through the doors that first time.

Pastor Roy Conwell is such a wonderful Pastor who cares deeply about his "flock", he is always open and honest about his struggles as a human being and he is so devoted to Christ. Other times I am just sure that he must have been standing on my shoulders throughout the week because the messages go straight from the pulpit to my heart. The worship is great. Mountain Vineyard cares deeply about children and has an awesome kids ministry called "Base Camp". There is a strong commitment to praying for the hurting. There is a huge commitment to our community and the impact and difference Mountain Vineyard has made in our community over the past few years is clear. We visited at least 12 churches looking for the right mix of strong biblical teaching, a vibrant children's program, and an energizing music. We selected Hope Fellowship as our home church. The teaching is Bible centered and gospel focused. The children's' programs are taught in a fun and loving atmosphere. The church has an AWANA children's program offered on Thursday evenings, which was very important to me. The music provided by the worship team is great! I would definitely recommend Hope Fellowship as a great Bible teaching church.
