The Outpatient Surgery center is located through the door near that entrance. Many of the door have a "no touch" devise you wave your hand by and the doors open to different areas and restrooms. This is great especially during cold/flu season! The facility is bright and clean and the staff has been efficient and wonderful. Very caring. They do offer valet parking service and had many handicap parking spots too.

Then I was advised by primary nurse to go immediately to ER. Staff were amazing! I was immediately admitted. Did all kinds of testing. Put on IV-Antibiotics. The Care Team on my floor was outstanding! Nurses Chrissy, Melissa, LaChanda along with Care Tech Kierra. They had a lot of compassion, extremely supportive & knowledgeable. The hospital was only a couple years old with all private rooms, very nice. I Just wanted to give a shoutout to the staff involved in my care. They are an incredible team. After my appendectomy, I was discharged despite having clear signs that I was not well enough to do so. My hgb dropped after surgery to a 7.7 AFTER a blood transfusion. My blood pressure which is normally high was at 111 (very low) for me. And the medical team believed those were safe signs for me to be discharged. 6 hours later my heart rate is at 120+ while at rest for many hours and my hgb dropped to 6.3 when I had to painfully return to the ER and wait 5-6 hours to be finally brought to the ICU. There I was given two more blood transfusions and doctors said they saw "a little blood in my abdomen that is totally normal after this type of surgery" I don't believe it was a small amount of blood for ALL of this to happen to me. Looking back, it is terrifying to think about what could have happened to me if I had waited longer to seek help. What was most upsetting was feeling dismissed when I was clearly experiencing symptoms that suggested something was wrong. As a patient, I trusted the medical team to recognize potential complications and keep me safe. The physical recovery has been difficult, but the emotional impact has been just as significant. I now have serious anxiety about seeking medical care because of this experience. I lost confidence in the hospital's judgment and in the way my health concerns were handled. I am sharing this review so that others can be aware of my experience and so the hospital can take a hard look at how postoperative patients are evaluated before discharge. No patient should leave feeling unheard or find themselves back in the hospital facing a potentially life-threatening complication shortly after being told they were well enough to go home. Unfortunately, because of what happened, I do not feel comfortable returning to this hospital in the future.

It is locked with a sign outside directing us to a different door that causes us to walk all the way to the end of the hallway. The nurses said it use to be open. I want to know why we can't use it. Upon registration, we were taken immediately to triage and the nurses the PA took immediate action, administering epinephrine. Upon seeing how she was reacting and responding, she was ushered back to a room and given priority and intensive care by multiple staff. A scary moment for both my daughter and myself. Once called back to a room, i was immediately taken care of. Nurses and Doctors were polite, and friendly. The rooms and hospital itself was very clean. The only downside is the emergency room parking lot is so small.
