He promptly scheduled me for an infusion this week and that's what I had today. There is plenty of parking, a large lobby, and even a vending machine for snacks if your infusion takes a while like mine did! Let me preface I have a horrible fear of needles, so this kind of place is a nightmare for me. When I told the nurses and the people who draw blood, they were so quick to make me as comfortable as possible. Kris, the nurse manager, was able to find a vein in my baby sized veins. She was so patient, kind, and compassionate. I get anxiety about being a burden since I can be difficult, but she didn't make me feel that way for a second. Another honorable mention is the nurse I had, Jasmine, who was so attentive and supportive. She explained things very thoroughly and made me feel confident in the treatment I was getting. I couldn't have asked for a better nurse. Overall, if you come here, be assured you'll have some great care with professionals who lead with compassion and patience. No one wants to go to a cancer center, but the nurses and doctors change that once you meet them.

Office experience: they advised I go to the emergency room. At the emergency they laughed and couldn't understand why urgent care could not have explained how to clean with a wet/ dry dressing and antibiotics. My thoughts are that the experience and skill to handle these things is not at this location. Maybe coughs and sniffles. I'm going to ask for my money back as I had to pay an urgent care visit and an emergency room visit.

He gave me a steroid injection in both shoulders and I was given another appointment in three months. I was not given any information about how to manage the pain if the shots didnt work or whether I should restrict use. The shots did not cause any reduction of the pain.

At the time of the visit, I was wearing a temporary splint placed by urgent care and was experiencing pain and swelling. I informed Dr. Graham that I did not feel the splint was fitting properly and asked for guidance regarding appropriate immobilization. I was told that the splint "looked fine." When I expressed continued concern, I was advised to purchase a brace from Amazon and to work on making a fist so that my hand would not become stiff. I was not provided with a specific recommendation regarding the type of brace that should be used, nor was I given detailed instructions regarding activity restrictions or warning signs to monitor. Most concerning, I was instructed to return in four months. I specifically asked whether the intended follow-up interval was four weeks, and I was informed that it was indeed four months. A four-month follow-up appointment was subsequently scheduled. As a healthcare professional myself, I understand the importance of preventing stiffness and promoting recovery. However, I left the appointment feeling dismissed and without clear guidance regarding the management of an acute fracture. My concerns were not adequately addressed, and I remain troubled by the absence of earlier follow-up or imaging to evaluate healing and alignment. I respectfully request that this encounter be reviewed and that I be provided with clarification regarding the rationale for the treatment plan and follow-up interval. I started with Dr. Yurio and after a few sessions of physical therapy ordered an MRI. Turns out I completely tore my ACL and part of my meniscus. I was presented with my options and ultimately decided to have surgery to repair my injuries. I was transferred to Dr. Kaplan and he again presented me with my options. I decided to continue moving forward with the surgery. At no time was I pressured into having the surgery. For my lifestyle and health it made sense to move forward. Fast forward to surgery day - The surgery center is in the same building and is well maintained. I was introduced to several people who would be participating in the surgery and each one confirmed with me why I was there. It was clear patient care and safety was a top priority. Follow up appointments were a breeze. They email any paperwork required prior to the appt. And after check in the most I ever waited was 5 mins in the big waiting room or in the actual room. I saw either the PA and Surgeon during these appts. Both were professional and never made me feel rushed and felt comfortable asking questions. I was in and out in less than 30 mins from check in to check out. I had a positive experience from start to finish with this group of Dr.s and would recommend them. There are several Dr.s with different specialties available. I did see one of the foot Dr.s several years ago, can't recall his name, and did not have the same positive experience.

Or they may not even be at the desk. They hate their jobs and you can tell. Awful awful awful. Management has got to step in. Now Elizabeth the PT here is amazing. From looking around, and seeing the other Therapists I would say she's the absolute best. The other therapists are young and don't have any patients hardly ever. I think there are 3 good PTs here and Elizabeth is definitely one of them. Seriously, Elizabeth is amazing. I would only go to her. Only. The management really needs to do something about the younger therapists and front staff. It's bothersome. They're arrogant and if they don't want to be there they don't need to be. It ruins everything there. I see them work with people and they are not happy. This review would be 5 for Elizabeth. Front desk staff ruins it.

I legitimately had no where to turn for advice as no other woman in my family had had a previous diagnosis. I've always strived to be the one to pave the path for others... but this isn't one I'd ever wanted to tackle. I was petrified upon hearing my diagnosis... invasive ductal carcinoma, among other foreign terminology... radiologist, core needle biopsy, mastectomy, estrogen & progesterone receptor, lumpectomy, tamoxifen.... Among countless others! Upon referral to The Hill Breast Center, several things became simpler to discern and choose the most viable option for myself. The staff that I've been assigned have been very gracious, supportive, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, and informative medical professionals I've had the pleasure to encounter. From the lobby staff to the scrub techs, to the radiographers and all the way to the surgical team... everyone has been amazingly sincere with their every intention! I cannot say enough about the professionalism and dedication to excellence The Hill Breast Center employees have graced me with! I'm now 4 years cancer free and I owe it all to Baptist Medical Center in conjunction with The Hill Breast Center! May they continue to eradicate not only Breast Cancer but ALL cancer!!! #savinglivesonepatientatatime

They always answer all my questions in "Layman's Terms". Check in and preregistration process with Cynthia was quick and easy. She was very knowledgeable reviewing my insurance on file. 3D mammography in the Women's Imaging Dept done by Marcia. I appreciated her high level of care and attention to detail was outstanding! She was very thorough and you can tell she takes great pride in her career. She not only explained the entire process of what my visit was going to entail, but also showed empathy, knowledge and passion for the imaging industry. I am always impressed with her top notch service and compassion! I also appreciated that the radiologist reviewed my images while I was waiting and was given my results right away.... Win-Win!! ACR BI-RADS Category 1: Negative/No suspicious findings. The health care team always does a fabulous job following CDC guidelines. There are sanitation stations and the waiting area is immaculately clean. Do yourself a favor and go to Baptist Health Imaging for your annual mammography, ultrasound needs and spread the word to the ladies in your life that #mammograms save lives!
