So rude! I was injured at work & they sent me to this urgent care. The receptionist speaking to my HR company was rolling her eyes the entire time and made rude remarks. Like what for? Don't work in the health care field if you have ZERO means of helping a patient. They should not have a receptionist UNFIT to serve in healthcare. Ugly inside and out. read more

I LOVE this place! I unfortunately get UTIs a lot, so I've been here a few times now, and really love the way they do things. Check in is done online (easy!) and then typically about 5-10 min later someone will give me a call and we discuss times and how to finish registration online. This recent time I was having symptoms right when I woke up, so I made my appointment for "after 10" and they told me I could come right in. Last time I was here was during the pandemic and the chairs were separated and there was a line out the door. Today, not the case at all! All the chairs were back in and NO ONE was here! It was amazing! The gal up front was so nice and helpful and she even remembered talking to me on the phone! The place itself is so clean! And it's really big! Love that they have "clean catch" instructions in the bathrooms. Very helpful! Nurses and doctors are always super friendly. Always a great experience. read more

I saw one yelp review and decided to try this place. I've tried CareSpot before and wasn't impressed. When I walked in, I thought This is a Very nice office. I came at 12pm on Sunday and was the only one here. Very friendly staff up front. Was taken back as soon as I completed my papers. The whole visit took one hour in and out, which was to be expected for tests and shots. They have TVs in the rooms which is legit. I was never waiting for more than 5 mins alone. Price was standard, The max charge in office is $160 so you would just be billed for anything beyond that. I will def continue to go back to this office. read more

Went on the website and filled out the intake form and they asked when I wanted to come in. Got a text and drove over when they were ready. I was seen, vitals taken, and put in the exam room. Went over medical history and waited about 10 minutes for the Dr to come in and then another nurse for the test. Came back 10 minutes later with negative results. Very quick and efficient staff. The facility was also clean. The front desk receptionist was nice also. Would definitely come back in the future if I needed to. read more

I have actually been here a few times now - all for very urgent things and the most recent time was yesterday. I was attacked by a dog and was actively bleeding. Luckily, only 1 person was in the waiting room. Everyone was so kind to me even though I was obviously stressed out. X-rays, cleaning it up, and patching me up. Everyone was super kind. This urgent care also works with VA so there is no bill if you go to the VA. I did have to go get meds and chose to do CVS but honestly great staff. I'm really happy with how personable they all are. Nice facility, lots of parking, and have never had issues being seen aside from a year ago but their parking lot was full and they were packed. read more

I came in here about an hour before closing, I have had acute sinusitis and pneumonia in the last two weeks and I lost half my hearing to the sinusitis. It was getting a little out of hand and so I decided (my wife made me) to go seek medical assistance. My Reg doctors office was closed so I went here, to an urgent care facility. There was actually a doctor on duty who was super nice and actually listened to my concerns. The wait from the time I entered to the time I left was still an hour but that is ok.... in some urgent care places you are seen by a nurse practitioner and you wait up to 2 hours to get in and out. I hate that anyone would need one of these places but IF you do, this isn't a bad one. In fact I would say that this is probably the best experience with this type of place that I have ever had. read more

7/15/21- Updated to change to 1 star. Paid my $25 copay at time of service, told that's all that is owed. Here it is almost a month later and i received a bill in the mail. Ridiculous. Literally just left this location, was in and out within about an hour and changewhich for an urgent care with only one doctor is very reasonable. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and professional, the nurse was efficient and polite and the doctor handled my issue quickly and effectively. Not happy to have needed an urgent care during my vacation, but am happy that my experience was pleasant. read more

Was traveling through the area, made an appointment on line. They were prompt and professional on the front end. Once in the patient waiting area the physician was also prompt, engaging, friendly and through. Recommended future treatments-called a few days later to check on me. I can't think of anymore I could ask for as a transient passing through the area. Oh-and yes, the treatment and prescribed medicine worked well. read more

Came here today for the first time and was very pleased with my experience! I was greeted by an extremely nice receptionist who didn't fail to keep the conversation going. I was the only one there so, it was kind of nice to just not sit there awkward while I wait for the doctor. I did paperwork and was called back within 15 minutes after arriving. The rooms had tv's in them and the beds were so comfortable. I took myself a little catnap when waiting for the doctor lol. Anyways, the nurse was really nice and thorough as well as the doctor. I was in and out within an hour. This place offers sports physicals, yearly physicals, vaccinations, basic check-ups, in house x-rays, etc. They can treat most basic illnesses and definitely the place to go for common illnesses, minor injuries or any of your acute care needs! This place not only provides quality healthcare, but they also provide amazing customer service. read more

Just received the follow up bill after calling and giving my insurance info. Now the bill is in the amount of $956!! My son was diagnosed with HFMD without them sending his throat swab to the lab for test results. I wasn't present. My son is with his dad on vacation. His dad called me and had me on speakerphone. I asked the nurse to call me back which she didn't. The receptionist was rude and nasty. I left my number with her. You cant make a definitive diagnosis just by looking at a person. Very lazy work. Just moved to Jacksonville last week and came down with a nasty virus! Without a PCP, I was unsure where to go. Looked for an Urgent Care facility nearby and this office came up as the closest option. Arrived right at 8 am and was greeted by a very kind receptionist. Filled out necessary forms and was taken back by nurse. She, too, was kind and helpful. When the doctor came in, she was very professional, listened closely to my concerns and answered all my questions very patiently! The nurse practitioner that saw me was one of the nicest people I have encountered at a doctors office. I went here 2 months ago for the flu. Got a swab and a written prescription with a co pay of 75 bucks out of pocket. My insurance company was billed 600 bucks. Wtf? They can charge what ever they feel like. They did nothing other than give me a prescription. Talk about gouging the insurance company!!! read more

If you are a veteran using "Mission Act" AVOID this place. I have been trying for six hours for them to have a prescription sent to the CVS across the street. It was initially sent to Walgreens which doesn't have a contract with the VA. It took me to go to the outpatient clinic for them to tell me that they couldn't fill the prescription. It had to be thru "Mission Act". So it was 1PM when they told me which pharmacy I could use. At that time I call Care Now to have them send the prescription electronically to the CVS. IT IS PAST 7PM and neither the staff nor the doctor has moved a finger to help me. Meanwhile my back is in pain and since the pharmacy closes at 8PM I will not have the prescription filled tonight. Is this is the way this place treats veteran it is my first and last time. Can not believe the doctor could not even spare 5 minutes and a few clicks of a fricking mouse to help correct the situation. It is disrespectful, shameful and borderline negligent. I haven't felt this mistreated in all my years using the VA or any of their contracted health care workers. read more

Ive been trying to book a telemedicine appointment for two days. No one ever calls me back. I call again only to get put on hold for twenty minutes then call dropped. They have my number so they could call me back but they do not. I have infected cuticles. I guess I will just wait for my fingers to fall off. I will go elsewhere. read more

My family & I have gone to Care Now on several occasions for various reasons. Fractured wrist, upper respiratory infection, ear infection, sports physicals, etc. The staff is very nice, professional & always remembers us. The wait time is minimal each time we go. My son went to this urgent care with complaints of sore throat, red tonsils, and pain when swallowing. Doctor did not do a simple rapid strep test. Instead, sent home with antibiotics without confirming if he had bacterial infection. Now he's going to another center to get the rapid strep test. We will be avoiding this place. read more

This was hands down the best service I've received for medical care in a long time. Felt like family was taking care of me.
