On 7/13/26 received through email balance is overdue 81.51, called @ 8:26 am lady would not identify herself, explained situation and was disconnetted, called back @ 8:40 am and spoke with Ann Marie and explained situation and she indicated to disrehard it was being sent to Adjustment area, give 7 business days. 8/13/26 @ 2:08 pm today called and spoke with Selena, she was unsure untrained how to handle situation and called a supervisor and waited 15 minutes and supervisor not answering must be in a meeting and I must wait for a call back this afternoon but more likely call back tomorrow am.

Arrive about 1:30 pm by ambulance. Did not get out till about 10 pm that night, in agony and blood dripping from the cut above my eye!! Finally stiched up and sent on my way around 9:30 pm that night !!! I do not blame the staff as much as the Administration for only caring about money !

I am sorry that I did not get the gentleman's name who assisted, but he was helpful in getting me set up, and leading back out of the building. I do want to bring attention to Briana. She was the Technician who set me up for the Sleep Study, and took me through it, start to finish. Briana explained every step of what would take place, and answered any question I had. It is a bit daunting to have to go through any medical testing, and it helps to feel at ease. Briana provided the information regarding every step of the procedure, which helps you to not be left wondering. In the morning Briana woke me, and advised me that a Doctor would review the results of my Study, and send the findings to my Primary Care Physician within two weeks. My Primary Care Physician should contact me to discuss, and to contact my Primary Care Physician if I do not hear from them. For a night spent with wires stuck to my head, and all over my body, including a wire type thing strapped under my nose to monitor my breathing, it wasn't totally unpleasant thanks to Briana, and the staff at Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital.

Went for mental health and now I'm afraid of going back again. I cried every night, they stand over…read moreyou with a red light for 5 seconds every 5 minutes and don't even give you emotional support. They give you 15 minutes of phone call time, asked for longer phone call time and they said "wrap it up" super passive aggressive also. They almost gave me antipsychotics (for schizophrenic people) because i couldn't sleep at night but couldn't give me simple melatonin from the store. They give you hand soap for shampoo and body wash, a toothbrush that is rough, 24/7 SpongeBob. They wake you up at 7AM for 0 reason. Please do not bring your child here. They treat the older kids like inmates and the little kids like angels; the water is not even hot. They give you 3 towels every time you shower IF YOUR LUCKY, because the towels are small. The only "good" thing about this place is that there's a gym and a basketball area. There was a literal 7-year-old girl evaluated here. Mental health patients shouldn't be treated like they are in prison. the only thing i ate there was meatloaf, cake, and a cereal plastic bowl. They make even the younger kids take off all there clothes behind a curtain put a gown on and then they proceed to say "no need to tie it on the back we cant see" then you have to do 3 jumping jacks fully naked. I understand people sneak things in but why not do it behind the curtain?.. If i could give this place a negative score I would. I told them group therapy doesn't work for me, and they just completely ignored me. The staff worker watching us literally fell asleep on his phone, they expect us to sleep at 9:00 PM. They keep the mental health patients with the patients on the spectrum. the saddest part about that was that there was this boy in there crying at night asking for his mom and the staff just didn't care. They don't even know how to play the game Uno I had to teach a 17-year-old how to play. They have doors in your room, but you have to keep them opened 24/7 even during showers. At that point just take them off. I felt alone, isolated, scared, and heartbroken that they lied to my mother saying this was the best option. Please don't bring your child here. This was such a traumatic experience.

While poking in and out with a needle she stuck herself. That was the end of my exam. They asked that I come in the next morning for a blood test to see if the nurse was infected with anything. As a decent person, I did that but never heard another word from them at all until I got the bill. Billing insists I owe for the office visit, regardless their total incompetence. I would have more faith in a veterinary school drop out.

I went to urgent care as advised by my GYN because I had heavy bleeding that wouldn't stop. I…read morefigured TMMG would be perfect since my primary physician was out of town, but also through tmmg, and urgent care should have access to all my records and history. They did a urinalysis and other tests but never checked my blood levels. After a follow-up two weeks later I found out this entire time I was CRITICALLY low and could have gone into heart failure. I had to have an emergency transfusion, followed by two iron infusions at the hospital because this was missed by urgent care. My doctor was floored that I went into the urgent care because of bleeding that wouldn't stop and they never checked my blood level. Needless to say, I would not go back here, period!
