Acting like she couldn't hear. I went here 9 times exactly before they finally discovered I had pancreatitis... and then another 5 times. Before discovering my gallbladder had a tear in it. Went into surgery, my arms became swollen and th r y told me my arms were like that when I came in.. the hospital bands were cutting into my skin, yeah I don't think so! After surgery, I got pancreatitis again, They tried to put me into the cat scan, and told me the metal clips would probably heat up, I refused to go in the machine, the tech then referred me as a little bitch to his co worker. Recently I went to the hospital for the Same pains, did the cat scan, I had an allergic reaction, as my bod u filled with horrible itchy lumps, I sat for 15 minutes begging for something, finally a nurse heard me crying to my husband on the phone, she gave me a steroid and an allergic medicine. The itchy lumps went away and a nurse came in and ave me a morphine drip that wasn't for me, but the woman in the next room, I was livid!!

Arrive about 1:30 pm by ambulance. Did not get out till about 10 pm that night, in agony and blood dripping from the cut above my eye!! Finally stiched up and sent on my way around 9:30 pm that night !!! I do not blame the staff as much as the Administration for only caring about money !

I am sorry that I did not get the gentleman's name who assisted, but he was helpful in getting me set up, and leading back out of the building. I do want to bring attention to Briana. She was the Technician who set me up for the Sleep Study, and took me through it, start to finish. Briana explained every step of what would take place, and answered any question I had. It is a bit daunting to have to go through any medical testing, and it helps to feel at ease. Briana provided the information regarding every step of the procedure, which helps you to not be left wondering. In the morning Briana woke me, and advised me that a Doctor would review the results of my Study, and send the findings to my Primary Care Physician within two weeks. My Primary Care Physician should contact me to discuss, and to contact my Primary Care Physician if I do not hear from them. For a night spent with wires stuck to my head, and all over my body, including a wire type thing strapped under my nose to monitor my breathing, it wasn't totally unpleasant thanks to Briana, and the staff at Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital.

Zero would be to high of a score! This is not a place that helps children in crisis! All they do is…read morehouse children and treat them like they are in prison. Parents listen to your kids! My grandson was bullied, threatened, and assaulted. The communication is limited between parents and professionals, parents and children and apparently children and the professionals. My grandson told me for days that besides for medication he didn't feel the staff was doing anything to help him work through any issues he was having. I was then lied to by the nurse who spoke with me about the assault. First off she was referring to it as an "incident ", which it was not. Then she insisted a nurse had tried to get in touch with me at the time of the assault, (2:15) which was not true. At the time of the assault there was staff members present but nothing was done. My grandson complained of ear pain and was told a nurse would come to check him out but no one did until later after I made my complaint. I removed my grandson from their care for fear of further assaults. Later that evening I found a message had been left about the "incident " but it wasn't until I had made my complaint (7:58) about the assault.

While poking in and out with a needle she stuck herself. That was the end of my exam. They asked that I come in the next morning for a blood test to see if the nurse was infected with anything. As a decent person, I did that but never heard another word from them at all until I got the bill. Billing insists I owe for the office visit, regardless their total incompetence. I would have more faith in a veterinary school drop out.

I went to urgent care as advised by my GYN because I had heavy bleeding that wouldn't stop. I…read morefigured TMMG would be perfect since my primary physician was out of town, but also through tmmg, and urgent care should have access to all my records and history. They did a urinalysis and other tests but never checked my blood levels. After a follow-up two weeks later I found out this entire time I was CRITICALLY low and could have gone into heart failure. I had to have an emergency transfusion, followed by two iron infusions at the hospital because this was missed by urgent care. My doctor was floored that I went into the urgent care because of bleeding that wouldn't stop and they never checked my blood level. Needless to say, I would not go back here, period!
