Several days later I was told the Dr had not looked at the scan yet and the technician would contact the dr tomorrow. Usually when you have a test like this run you want results sooner than later and I feel like I'm getting the run around! Will not go back there! The facility is going through some remodeling-- I'm loving the modern look! It's nice to be in an office that isn't dated. The mammogram area had little extra touches that made me feel a bit more comfortable. A dressing room to get changed, a large bathroom, a nice waiting area. It had a feminine touch. Maddie was absolutely amazing. She walked me through the entire process, explained what she'd be doing and why, the next steps for the visit, and just truly took the time to make sure I felt comfortable. That extra detail really goes a long way! The receptionist scheduled my appointment to coincide with the doctor's in-office day. I waited just a few minutes and he was able to review my images. Such a wonderful experience!

She was very reassuring and explained what was happening as we went. She also checked in and gave me countdowns to help calm my nerves. You can tell she loves her patients and takes top notch care. The x-ray techseemed a…read morelittle unsure when she was doing the scan, but when we were finished, she handed me these three pages of raw numbers, I told her when do I get the report from the radiologist, assuming that I would because when Insurance pays for any imaging, the radiologist reads it and provides a reportto myself and the doctor. well she said no just give it to your doctor, well my family doctor is not a radiologist and a radiologist should read the they're all scores and provide a report. I have sent several emails that no one has responded to. I've also called and they sent me to voicemail with no return call. I will be reporting them to the Better Business bureau or wherever you report medical issuesand challenging the fee on my credit card. Never go to this place ever.

With my insurance, I only had to pay about $525 for the scans which was much lower than the local hospitals, which quoted me over $3000! My doctor got the results quickly and was very pleased with the quality of care and the quality of the images he looked at. They gave me a card to see the images and share them with my doctor on-line. Highly recommended!

Everyone was nice even though I made the mistake! Dr. Pesto performed a gum/lip biopsy on me as I am on immunotherapy treatment for cancer and was having a few rare side effects. Dr. Pesto is professional and compassionate. He was so gentle on my mouth. I am happy to have found this clinic. The prices are reasonable and the staff explained all the copays and costs related to my care. Wonderful periodontist. I have another procedure coming up and absolutely will return to Dr. Pesto.
