ER does have private rooms but the stretchers are hot, and the AC does not work well in the ER. Once admitted upstairs the beds automatically inflate to prevent bed sores. Upstairs in the Personal Care unit the nurses are compassionate and accommodating for the most part. FYI if you have any respiratory machines like cpap or bipap make sure you bring your own mask for the best fit and experience. The Cafeteria is quite good. The cardiac diet offered is very good but could definitely use more black pepper and Mrs dash and condiments to make up for low sodium.

The billing department billed CHAMP VA for services when they should have billed the regular Veterans Administration that was on my ID. The sent the wrong information to an incompetent billing for Atlantic Radiology ASSC., LLC and the customer service for them was RUDE AND UNKNOWLEDGEABLE on how to contact anyone for the correct information. I would not recommend using these facilities for peace of mind.
