Miss Brandi miss Rocio miss Jamie and miss Shannon were my son's teacher and that was 14 years ago and they were a big part of the reason why we chose our daughter to attend children's court. What I love about Children's Courtyard is the hours they offer for drop off and pick up! You don't have to worry about packing a lunch or snack (although you can), it's all provided oh and breakfast too! As a busy mom this place made my week so much easier! In addition they have an app that keeps you updated on what your child has ate and my favorite part that brought me so much peace was the cameras placed inside the classroom. Tons of treadmills, stationary bikes, and other cardio machines in a peaceful cardio area with windows and less harsh lighting. Weight room has two squat racks, deadlift platform, and two benches. There is a dumbbell area with more adjustable benches. There are a ton of weightlifting machines too. The music playing on Monday Feb 16 was fire Tons of 2010s hip hop and r&b. Loved it. I haven't even explored the entire facility, but I saw people playing badminton in the gym two days ago and know there is a pool somewhere. The lounge area in the front is huge, so you and others can relax there after a workout too.

Heidi was a joy to work with and I feel we've been become friends through working together. =) Our Baby Shower was on a Sunday, and since there was no events the Saturday before she let us in that event to set up. I can not tell you how much stress that took off our shoulders. We were able to take our time and not worry about it the morning off. Since my family is from out of town and we live in Gilroy, this really helped with the unloading and just overall timing of getting ready that day. PROS: - Food separate from party: My dad and uncle cooked using our own BBQ's behind the grange. We did buffet style tacos in the kitchen. I liked that this was separate was the party and it gave us more room for seating. - Tables and Chair included: The venue has plenty of rectangle tables and the comfortable plastic chairs (not the metal chairs). - Side room: perfect for kids! I made custom coloring pages and put some toys in there. There were a lot of kids there but I hardly saw any of them because this room kept them occupied. - Frig: to keep cake and fruit chilled - Restrooms: plenty, never any wait time. - Cleanliness: the place was spotless when we arrived, very pleased with the cleanliness. - Parking: on site for the event, and plenty around. - drinks: with the one day event insurance we were able to bring in our own beer and wine. No bar staff needed. CONS: - seats per table: the chairs and comfy because they are wider, but this means we were only able to fit 3 next to each other per side. This made my count of table/chairs/centerpieces off a bit as I planned 4 chairs per side per table. Not a big a deal in the end but something to think about if your tables plan to touch like ours. -No A/C: we got lucky and it wasn't as hot as I thought it was going to be and there are fans on the ceiling and some floor fans. But as the girl of the hour running around I was so sweaty (probably cuz I'm also 31 weeks preg) but at least the guests were comfortable. I made paper fans for guest to use just in case. Overall, we will definitely be using this venue again!

We absolutely love the Infant Care team at Action Day! We started at Children's Courtyard, but our…read more5 month old baby seemed so stressed and overwhelmed at the end of each day. As first time parents we were scared all Day Cares would ruin our happy baby, but after switching him to Action Day, we are back to nothing but smiles! He lights up when he sees the teachers, who all welcome him with huge hugs and they actually seem to love what they do (very different from CC) and they have so many toys and activities to keep him engaged. Action Day has introduced him to so much, from toys, to painting (I would never be brave enough to let a 5 month old to paint!) and they have helped us sleep train + introduce him to solids. We're so grateful we made the switch and are excited for our baby to grow up in such a positive environment!

My son who started attending when he was 2 was prepared for kindergarten thanks to creative play. Now my second son is in tk at creative play and has also been since he was 2. My son had a speach delay and it was Julie (the owner) whom brought it to my attention in a caring way and guided us to the process of finding the right speach therapist and thanks to her our now 5 year old is flourishing. He loves school! His teacher even came to watch one of his soccer games. (It's that kinda school). My son has made numerous friends and walks in every day holding his little school bag with confidence and looks forward to his day. My youngest son will attend this summer when he turns 2 as the summer programs are amazing they offer water day, food crafts, sports which is perfect for us working moms. Creative play is my village! I appreciate the love, support, kindness and gentleness they have with my sons. Julie and her staff take the time to make you feel like family. A few amazing things that I appreciate is they understand working parents schedules and offer extended care when other places do not. They also have class parties, spirit week, pumpkin patch field trips and the most adorable Christmas program! If you're looking for a caring, reliable preschool/tk creative play is it!!!
