Came here to try their "all you can meat" option for boneless wings... it was probably the worst wings I've ever had to be honest. You may as well just shove a spoon full of salt in your mouth. And the sauces are so terrible that they all kinda taste the same. If you like your hot sauce to taste like straight up vinegar then maybe it'll be more to your liking but I prefer mines to have some actual flavour. My friends and I have been coming to this location of St.Louis Wings and Ribs for a over a decade and besides the hit and miss service, the food has always been as expected. Tonight I came here only to be given a lecture by the manager on why I'm wrong about how my wings should taste!! I'm not being funny but I've travelled all over the world and have vast culinary tastes...wings are my guilty pleasure and are at the bottom of the list of my culinary experiences but nevertheless I love them. I will say that normally the wings here are amazing but tonight was the exception and I'm being totally fair by saying that this has not happened before. We ordered 2lbs if wings, the rib and wing meal which also comes with wings and we ordered 2 cocktails. The first order of 2lb of wings came and the fries were not crispy. They were really oily and limp. We let the manager know and he was very gracious and replaced them. We dug into our wings, I ordered original, my friend ordered dusted. They were not at all crispy even though I specifically asked to have them well done and they were actually rubbery. In my experience these would have been old wings that were sitting there most probably since lunch time since we were the first in at about 4:30 p.m for the dinner crowd. We received our wings and ribs and those wings were noticeably fresher and crispier. This was our comparison which is fair. We advised the manager and he stood there and argued with us for over 15 minutes. He was condescending and very rude, this made us very uncomfortable. He told us how different flavors taste different, he said that dusted is different from original and just cane out with every ridiculous excuse in the book to not remake our wings. Seriously? This is not my first time here, not my first time ordering these wings, with these same sauces and flavors... I advised that all I wanted was to have them redone, he accused me of eating most of the meal? Unbelievable? We had 5 of 24 wings? So then I said listen I don't want to argue and don't need this and I don't want anymore than I paid for, I counted the wings that were left and asked him to replace those. He was still hesitant? Then I said well then reimburse me? He then went into a lecture about cost and the amount of wings. Unbelievable.This was ridiculous. Then I told him forget it then, do whatever, charge me I don't care I don't want these wings we'll just finish our drinks and go. That also wasn't good enough, the man kept arguing. Anyway after him being totally rude an inappropriate he reluctantly said that he would redo them? That's all we wanted. They came out and guess what? They were hot and crispy they were great. Like we're used to. Was that so hard? I'm so disturbed and disappointed and really didn't need this on a Friday night! I love the wings, love the server Liz (great person) and love the franchise but this was NOT COOL! We tipped her about 30% because she was so cool and it really was not her fault. To the end Liz was awesome! She made us feel welcome and appreciated until the end!!! Great service. To: St.Louis...these type of managers will surely tarnish your brand and your name. Your bars have always been a great place to watch games, chill, drink and have amazing wings. After long hours of studying and exams, I decided to treat myself with delicious food. My friends and I ordered takeout from St. Louis Bar & Grill and at Pizza Hut. At St. Louis, we decided to get chicken wings and fries. The chicken wings were dry and bland. However, the fries tasted decent. Although they were not crispy to my preference, they served well with the dill sauce (tasted awesome albeit I don't know the exact name of it). St. Louis Bar & Grill was overall disappointing. The food was not good. However, the dill sauce adds to the score with an overall of 3 out of 5 stars. I recommend this to everyone looking for takeout or a hangout with friends. Thursday afternoon, about thirty patrons, one waitress/bartender but believe me she held her own. She was attending to everyone present plus taking orders over the phone and delivering to the 'Skip' people when they came in. Orders were made and delivered within reasonable time. It was noted that she also know what the 'regulars' wanted so after a greeting and a quick ask they were served. All in all a pleasant experience. Would give five stars but wouldn't be fair as there should have been another person assisting. Maybe management can look into hiring a waitress so the bartender doesn't have all that work. Probably one of my worst dining experiences ever. I would give negative stars if I could. I'm generally a positive person, but it was just bad. Our server was pleasant given her working conditions but that's about all the good I can say. This place was filthy and we should have walked right out but my hubby was craving nachos. So we stayed even after we realized the air conditioning was not on (it is one of the hotter days in the year). The table felt sticky and grimy, plates had a layer of grime as well. Food - had the classic poutine and the nachos to share with my husband and 6 year old daughter. For $10, I would expect a pretty amazing poutine and a much bigger serving than we received. The nachos were something I could have easily put together at home. The salsa it comes with was gross. The jalapeños were chopped up finely and made up the majority of the toppings. It was hot. You would think that after telling the waitress that we were all sharing, she would have mentioned that we might want to get jalapeños on the side if sharing with our young daughter. We could barely eat it. The cider I had tasted like it had been watered down with apple juice. There was ice in it as well, which I'm not accustomed to. Needless to say, we will not be returning and i am shocked that they are still in business. read more

And the fries are always included free with any order of wings which is a nice touch. That McLaughlin/Bovaird area needed a bar so it's a good location IMO. Beer selection was basic but at least they've got the sub-zero taps for Canadian & Coors Light. The place is brand new and very clean. Wings were only so-so, should have been crispyer. Yum I'm such a fan of St. Louis menu! I'm a tad bias because I used to work there However, I've pretty munch sampled the majority of the menu and I am a fan. Wild wings does not even compare. I usually go for the wings with a side poutine ( smoke BBQ heat or Hot sweet Asian) or I really like their beef sandwhich with the "au jus". Food was consistent to other locations but the beer tasted weird. I felt that the tap was not clean. But the main reason for 3 stars only was that on a holiday Monday evening they only had 1 waitress who was going crazy attending the bar and guests and off course therefore, service was SO SLOW! I want to start out by saying my family and I REALLY want to like this place. It's close to home, there's a game to watch and for my two teenagers the menu of bar food is perfect. Again, I really want like this place and after about 5 visits and a few take outs, I was still on the fence. It's been and miss but we decided to try it out one more time on Family Day. MISS: each entry came out at different times which meant someone was always eating alone, two meals were sent back for coming out cold and not at the same time. We had one cold meal and we sent it back and then s different cold meal came out afterward and we had to send it back. We likened it to the over 60 minute wait we had. My salad had no dressing (no biggie) but it did have conglomeration of spice on the bottom of it not unlike when the top drops off the spice shaker and you serving it anyway! It took over an hour for everyone to finally get a warm meal that they ordered but then one of us took a bite into a plastic bread tab in their sandwich.... Well we were finished. We gave up and abandoned our food, the owner took off the plastic tab meal and one order of fries. Woo hoo. Never again. read more

Decided to try this location with my family of 3 and my best friend and his family of 3. The ambience of the place was a little too dark for my taste. I've been at the Queensway location and it wasn't that dark. Right off the bat I know this is place is for a hangout place. Got seated and noticed it was cold, maybe because.it was winter or maybe because Everytime smokers go outside the cold air enters in. That's Alright except when you have kids with you it's a little too cold. Maybe putting in another door before you actually enter the place will help them with their heating bill. Finally ordered and the wings were great. I had the garlic parm which was a little strong when you keep eating them wings and I had another pound of Mississippi honey bbq. That was awesome. My friends and I (3 of us) decided to visit this location to watch a basketball game that was airing on Wednesday night of last week. Worst experience ever at a restaurant. Our tables were positioned very close to the other guests and the manager still attempted to seat a party of 4 beside us. I ordered the $5.50 burger special of the day. However, I substituted it for a veggie burger instead. After taking a few bites, I decided to send it back. My waitress told me that me that she couldn't do anything but she will get the manager. My friend's meal came with barely any fries compared to everyone at the table. The manager was informed and she brought out the appropriate amount of fries. Napkins were not provided. Condiments (ketchup) was not given and we had to ask the table beside us who had completed their meal. The manager (Female-South Asian) insisted that I pay for it but she will deduct 30%. She said "all burgers are made the same, nothing is wrong with it". She also said "I have to charge you because if I don't everyone will eat their food and then complain to get it for free". My friends and I insisted that we shouldn't be charged for a meal that is not restaurant quality. She offered that I get something else but she will have to charge.She then walked away. Later on when we got her bill, the manager took off only 10% for the meal. We informed the waitress that the manager offered 30%. She said "no, we don't do that". At this point, we were outraged. The cashier took the bill to the manager and the appropriate adjustments were made. In sum, don't visit this location if you want an actual decent dining experience. We will never return to St. Louis again. Terrible business. read more

Hands down THE WORST costumer service I have ever seen!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. My husband and I went to this restaurant this past Saturday, June 10. We got seated the same time as a few others did. We ordered our food (an appetizers, 1 lb of wings each, a drink and a beer) and after 20 minutes, the people that were seated the same time as us got their food. The waitress comes over and lets us know that they were out of the garlic bread appetizer. So fine, it happens but then we ended up waiting for an actual full HOUR before we got our food. After giving us our food, we then realized that they got our order wrong. We were waiting for so long that my husband's beer got WARM. The waitress didn't apologize, and said it will be another 20 minutes. She can obviously tell we were upset, so she asked if we wanted to speak with the Manager. When the Manager came, instead of apologizing or offering to at least replace the warm beer, he kept interrupting us while we were trying to tell him what happened. He told us that "obviously, there would be a wait time as they have to remake the food so what did we expect". We asked if we could get it to go instead as we needed to be back at a certain time to take care of our baby. The only thing he had to offer was to give us a 25% discount. We were extremely disappointed as we havent been able to go out on dates as much since having the baby, and this was one of the only times we had the opportunity to eat together again. Instead, we sat there drinking warm drinks and taking our food to go. I am appalled that the Manager didn't even ask to replace our drinks at the very least. i live close by so on occasion ill come here for beers. Always get the wings. First time i got them, They were dry, hard disgusting. (as a former chef at a restaurant) I asked the server about the prep process? She replied, they are frozen for "god knows" they take them out, fry then toss. I asked for the manager, opened up a few of my wings in front of him, showed him the dry old wings that were dark red in the middle where it meats to bone, asked him why I'm getting weeks maybe even month old wings. No reply, just made excuses, told him I'm not eating this, he just left and didn't take it off my bill. asked my server to speak with him again, she said he doesn't want to come out. eventually told the server either no tip, or u remove the wings. Second visit, girlfriend asked for jerk wings, got back the wrong sauce, asked the second owner (co-owned by brother & sister) about the mishap, instead of remaking the wings, i was argued with saying this is what she ordered, no refunds, u have to pay extra for more. I told the manager, i was not paying for something i did not order, and i was not about to eat my wings and walk away, to where she argued again. I advised her, thats like going to the keg, asking for medium rare, and getting well done then forced to pay for it, where she replied, "that has happened to me before" i laughed, said i have never heard such horse shit in my life, packed up, and advised her to look up the term, "customer service". I'm currently on a mission to visit every St. Louis within a 25km distance from my home. The waiters seem to really focus on the regulars and so I didn't feel as welcomed. With all the other locations, I found that between 11AM-3PM they offered a lunch menu which accompanied the regular menu. Arriving at 1PM here, I wasn't given one - and when asked about it, they gave me no explanation, other than "they just didn't have one for today"... which was odd since I thought it was everyday? Anyway, the food was fine and came super quick since there was really only 3-4 other guests. Finally, I didn't receive a receipt with the survey for guest feedback (which leads me to believe they knew they weren't the nicest to me). I'll leave this here for now, but once I hit all the other locations and get to come again, I'll revise whatever needs revising. The place is dirty and all of the employees always looks like they're having the worst time. Waited way too long to get my meal and it wasn't even right. 1/10... Waitress forgot to take our order and did not come back to ask us how our food was. Of course she did not write down our order on paper and of messed it up. The wings are their usual great but this location is unwilling to accommodate requests for all flats or all drums, even at a charge. Saying NO to a customer request without being willing to accommodate even with a fee is a non-starter for me. Go to the Bramalea City Centre location instead. read more

I walked in on a Saturday night and sat at the bar area. I am a big guy wearing a bright blue t shirt and didn't get any service. I sat there for 20 minutes and not a single server gave me any attention. The bar was a bit busy but I saw everyone else get some attention and I never got any eye contact. I used to come here all the time when they first opened up. At that time, it was different owners and ever since management changed, things have been going downhill.
