They did a really good job, the tint has held up with no peeling! Pricing was very reasonable! I took two stars off due to their poor communication and refusal to service my vehicle. I had initially scheduled an appointment with them to service my own car around the end of 2023. I had some scheduling conflicts and had to cancel my appointment. I tried to follow up with them to reschedule via text, I got no response. Fast forward to June of this year, I called their listed phone number a few times and got no answer. I finally got a response from them when I reached out via email. The owner stated that they would not service me due to my prior cancellation, which I was very disappointed to hear. It was almost like they were intentionally not answering my calls, and when I asked if the owner could please reconsider I was yet again ignored! A direct answer or formal disclaimer would have been much appreciated during the time of my initial cancelled appointment so I wouldn't have wasted my time! I was pretty surprised they refused to service to me, as I believed I gave enough notice ahead of time and wanted to reschedule my initial appointment. S*** happens! Sometimes people have to cancel appointments and reschedule. I feel like they didn't communicate any disclaimer/warning about cancellations whatsoever. I hope going forward they alert clients about this policy as it was extremely unprofessional. Or maybe ask for a percentage of the fee as an initial deposit to hold your appointment date? I would have gladly paid it! I'm definitely frustrated with the situation but I'm taking my business elsewhere to a more direct, and professional servicer.

I questioned about the rush. Found out, they didn't even vacuum the trunk. Also had a spit on my windshield that's still there. No freshener was applied. Carpet was supposed to be shampooed, but was not even damp. I stopped by the Maryland heights location to co n plain. It's not that I wanted a redo of the service, but complete what they didn't do. Instead of taking care of me right there, they wanted me to come back next week. Not sure why they just couldnt pull someone to take of my problems. After I started to see the kinds of cars they worked on I was pretty sure they were the ones for me. After visiting their location, and talking with Cesar I made up my mind that this was the place to take my car. I brought my car in on a Tuesday evening and got it back in a week. They did say it could be done by Saturday, but it really didn't bother me to get it back late since it looked fantastic. I stopped by one of the days to take a look at the progress and was impressed how glossy my car looked. When I finally picked up my car after everything was done it looked brand new. The car is six years old so there are some chips in the front, but I liked that they called me with progress and let me know about all the imperfections. Furthermore, I didn't feel pressured to buy anything more. I truly felt like they were just informing me of things they found instead of trying to get me to buy more stuff. I recommend them over any other detailing shop, and will certainly be bringing my cars there in the future.

Found this place here on Yelp - drive over to look at the facility. The owner greeted me and answered all my questions and gave me a quote. Made an appointment today and when I went to get my car they were just finishing. The car, a 2010 Cayman looked amazing. Nothing was missed, quality materials were used. Again I was greeted by the owner who has excellent customer service skills. We went out and looked over the job- he told me a little about what they had done and why. Happy, I paid my bill and left with a song in my heart and a spring in my step.
