I bought a new system from them in 2022 and signed up for monthly service . Fast forward to last week when rusty water started coming to into the toilets and shower . I called for service asap and they couldn't come till the next day . They dumped salt and citric acid and went on their way charging 187.00 for the service . It didn't fix the issue . Just awful service. Billed my mom $250 for a water filter replacement - then the office called and told her they needed a charge card on file (why now after all these years). Then the office proceeded to put a $300 charge on her card. Terrible company. Called them to fix my well and instead they installed a pump switch incorrectly (verified by another one of their employees) causing my pump to burn out and damage the electrical circuit. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I tried to get them to fix their mistake was told the GM was out of the office for a week and had to wait while in the meantime our house did not have any water.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Had another company fix the issue right away and even though 2 employees agreed I should be reimbursed I had to wait a month to hear back (after multiple calls/emails) and was then told their was no fault on their end and they would not even reimburse the service costs they charged me. BE AWARE OF THEIR FRAUDULENT PRACTICES!!! Called them because they were offering their svc thru Costco for new Water filter systems. I have and older Ecowater unit. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked them to come and see if it can be repair because it was given an Error 001 msg and if can't be repaired I would like an estimate for a new one.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They charged $249 for svc call. The tech first he said he probably will need to replace the switch, motor and the board. He ended changing the board and I spent another $495 for the board. Few days after it we went 30 days overseas and at my return the unit was giving the same error msg. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Called the office informing the unit wasn't working and they sent the tech the following day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He checked the unit and look at his truck and replaced the motor and the switch without giving any estimate. He spent again only 20 mins. Start talking with the office and is telling me I owed another $500 including another $249 service call. They tried to charge me for re-betting a brand new Water System that they installed less than a year ago. Tried to tell me that that was usual service and wanted $480 for it. Not only that, but I had no water pressure after the technician left and he took my nozzle to my hose with him and left me with a mess when I called the owner to try to get some satisfaction. System has not functioned properly for 1 year+. However after speaking with the owner, there appears to be a commitment to service. Execution is everything, however a willingness to be held accountable and work through problems is indispensable. Note that the rust mitigation performance is not at issue, rather it's integration and it's effect on the basic irrigation system. Kudos for the fast follow up and thoughtful analysis! I had to make changes to my review of this company based on my experience today. When I was put on the schedule for my sprinklers and paid the deposit I quickly realized I would not have the funds available to complete the job as scheduled. I asked if they could keep my $4K deposit and hold off on the work until I knew I could fully fund this project and was told they would work with me. Come to find out that wasn't true. Thankfully I was able to rearrange things to make sure they are paid for their work and I am hoping that I will not need any repairs. They also didn't bury a stretch of pipe, and didn't provide me the cover and Wi-Fi chip I paid for. The installers Marquis and Patrick were really good guys and kept me in the loop. Charged me for parts and labor not installed. I needed my sprinklers inspected. I had a coupon for $99.95. I have used this company before and was satisfied with the experience. NOT this time. Austin came out May 7, 2021. He said my "zone 5 needed new wiring". My pump had lost prime and needed priming. $255.00 later he left. A couple of weeks later I called the company and told them my sprinklers were not working. Austin came back out. He said he showed me my sprinklers were working when he left on May 7. I said no you didn't. He said I have pictures, I said show me. He said who do you think my boss is going to believe me or you? He said maybe my box got hit by lightning. He would have to come out for another $100.00 with a tracker. Guess what!! I called another company who came out and showed me cut wires outside the box zone Austin "repaired " and pictures of parts I was changed for and not installed. I called Peters water treatment and complained again. They offered me $30.00 dollars refund for $40.00 worth of parts plus labor. We used this company to revamp our irrigation system at our winter home. We then put sod down on the entire yard. We received a phone call last week from our lawn service company stating that our grass was turning brown. The system is only a little over a year old. I called Peter's Water to have someone go check it. They said they couldn't get anyone there until June 10th. I expressed my concern that our grass would be dead by then but it didn't seem to matter. I went ahead and scheduled it for the 10th but made a few calls and got someone else to service it for us. I called them back to cancel the tech on the 10th and told them why and again, they didn't care. They were fine for the installation/revamp but terrible on service after the installation!!
