I would leave the clinic feeling better and within 48 hours be in pain again. I never realized how poor his services were until I went to another clinic. I now see my new chiropractor once every couple of months. A physician should respect what you can and cannot afford and meet you where you are... as opposed to Dr. Rai who assists you accordingly to how much money you invest in him. On one occasion after telling him I could not afford to come in that often he replied "if you actually cared about your health you would find a way to afford it." If a chiropractor uses different techniques and exercises to align and educate you, you won't need to see them 3 times a week. The effects should be longer lasting.

I met him for the first time and he seemed like a very kind and compassionate physician. He's a good listener and seemed genuinely concerned about my medical issues. The clinic was opened only for a few weeks, so he and another family physician are seeking new patients. He's young and appears to be a recent medical school grad, which is perfect as I prefer young, driven, and compassionate doctors over older and jaded physicians, which seem like they care about their paycheck than your medical concerns. This clinic is inside of a Pharmasave pharmacy and may be a bit difficult to find. The entrance is on the side of the building adjacent to the parking lot.

He has given me the best advise and is always willing to listen to me. Even when it is really busy he takes the time with me , though sometimes I have had to wait. His staff is warm and friendly and I have gotten to know them well over the years. They always greet me and remember me from one visit to the next. I like that. They always tell me if there is a wait and ask if i want to change my appointment but mostly I have not had to wait more than 15-20 minutes for my medical appointment. When i listen to my friends that have to wait an hour to see the doctor I know i am really lucky!

Both her and her receptionist are utterly incompetent…read more My sister asked for a cardiac referral and Dr. Barnett told her she just had anxiety without running any tests and refused to refer. Turns out my sister has 2 heart conditions. She underwent a 60 day hospital stay and 3 procedures. We were told by the hospital she would have died within the year if untreated at age 21. We received a half hearted apology, but 8 months later, and Dr. Barnett still has not referred her to follow up care and she cannot get assigned to a cardiologist without Dr. Barnett's cooperation. Additionally, my sister injured her knee in August and was told in September she would need an MRI to confirm if surgery is required. She was told she was placed on the MRI waitlist by reception. We found out 4 months later, Dr Barnett did not put the referral through as she wasn't sure if the MRI would be allowed with my sister's ICD (pacemaker). This is a very common device and even if unsure, it does not take 4 months to determine the answer. We would love to find a new family doctor, but no one is accepting patients. Do not go here if you value your life.

I came for two different issues but they processed so smoothly. The waiting room was not congested and procedure area was so clean too.

I came to this urgent care at around 2:30 pm on a Friday. I got to see the nurse in about 30 mins. How it works is that you show up and the situation will be assessed by a nurse. If the situation is very serious then the wait would be longer to see a doctor. My issue wasn't serious. I just went home but at least I got someone to look at the issue.

They don't even look at you while asking…read moreyour name when you walk in the door then just sit there and chat amongst themselves ignoring people in the waiting room. They do not pre book appointments nor do email or call reminders for appointments. My early exam was due in April (I knew this but did not have an appointment schedule) Life was busy and I was fine so I booked an appointment for June. The assistant that took my blood pressure lecture me about being due in April and not booking until July and stated that if someone waits 2 years before coming in they discharge them from the practice. Hey lady I was only due in April relax. I reminded her they do not pre book do call/text/email reminders. She said no we don't. I guess because doctors are so in demand these days the office workers can be unprofessional. Dr. Parhar is great though!
