The wait times are very, VERY long; I have had to wait to see someone for more than three hours. However, they will see both myself and my babies at the same time if I need them to. Also, they will let me bring up more than one concern at a time, i.e., a complaint like an illness or injury and an unrelated prescription refill. Some clinics make you come back another time for the second concern. Also, both Dr. Demian and Dr. Rezazeda are attentive and thorough. I have never felt dismissed or overlooked by either of them. So long wait times mean you also aren't rushed through your visit! I'm taking a star off for the cramped, overheated and dingy exam rooms.

The entire time I was in the exam room, she was on looking at her phone. Since she didn't once look at my chart I figured that she was using a medical app (seen something like it on TV and thought it was cool, new technology). Went to fill my prescription and found out she wrote out the wrong prescription. Had to go back to get the correct medication, mentioned my experience to the receptionist - turns out, no they do not use medical apps, this 'doctor' is known for being on her phone all the time.
