The wait might be a bit but it's better than being told by your family doctor that he can't see you until two nights from now... bleh. But I give this place 3 stars for the fact that even if you HAVE an appointment, you'd still be waiting just as much as those that walked in... uhhh what? And I give it 2 stars for the fact that it's hit or miss in terms of wait time. Sometimes you wait a decent amount before your name is called (and I think 30-45 minutes is decent since I mostly walk in). Other times it's like they forget about you. Even after you're called into the room, it could be another 45 minutes before anyone even look in on you. In fact, sometimes there might even be a knock on the door to check if there is someone inside!!! The doctors are all nice, some take more time than others, but all are quick to address any concerns you might have. So on average... 3.5/5.0

Dr. Yasen Khan is the best the Rhizotomy procedure is releasing my back pain. Thank God for him also his wife Elizabeth Khan is a good Dr. I wish i could afford her new program that she started. Maybe next year when my husband is working and we can save money. Carmen Amathullah

I really like Dr. Taylor at Trexlertown medical for a few reasons…read more.. 1. The facility is neat, clean and well-kept, as is the staff. 2. They are ON TIME. I have never been left in the waiting room for a long time. Once, they doctor was running a few minutes behind because of an unexpected something or other, and the nurse actually came back and told me that she was running behind. What a concept!! There are so many doctors that will just leave you sitting for who knows how long and then the doctor just walks in like nothing happened...that doesn't occur here. 3. The staff is so friendly! 4. On site medical lab for bloodwork. 5. Great referral network for specialists. 6. Easy parking. 7. Close to where I live. 8. Scheduling flexibility. I have been really pleased with Trexlertown Medical, being new in town I am very fortunate to have gotten so lucky on my first attempt at finding a doctor.

They are denying service by your longtime providers, leaving them soley for new patients. Older patients are forced to see young doctors, who often are unaware of exsisting health issues and lack badic compassion. My most recent experience occured with Dr Brittany Williams, who ordered multiple blood tests for me, paying out of pocket my results in the portal were never acknowledged by her,i called and sent a message in the portal ,both went unreturned!

All though the procedure went well so I thought, they had cut out 3 extremely small polyps which were benign. The Dr. said to me that I had diverticulosis after the exam.....well ok no problem. But about 5 days later I had extreme pain in my lower left abdomen (never had issues before) and I was experiencing a lot of PAIN! WELLLLL I called the colonoscopy office which said that they would like me to get a CT scan stat. So I left work to go do this, they told me that I had DIVERTICULITIS now! Hmmmm odd for me since I'm 53 yrs old and NEVER had an issue my whole life! I'm put on antibiotics for 10 days.....well that only lasted for 2 days until I had such severe pain that I had to go to the ER, and after several hours, ANOTHER CT SCAN, I was then admitted so they could administer IV antibiotics for the next 3 days! BECAUSE NOW, THE INFECTION SPREAD! YAYYYY! ***************** I was told from the DR/staff at the colonoscopy center that I can continue with a regular diet of which I did! (no restrictions) I got the infection (diverticulitis) from the polyps being removed because I was NEVER told to eat a bland diet for a few days/week so that I could heal!(the infection was where they were removed) So on top of all this I have a hospital bill to pay that is over $2000 which I'm outraged about this also! ******I also had to take several medications, along with visits to my family DR to get my system back to NORMAL which took several weeks to fix! I am now eating what I want, as I did before the procedure and since I am healed I do not have any issues at all! I called the colonoscopy office and I told them that they should be responsible for the hospital bill. Their response to me was that, they can't pay that bill! WELL YOU CREATED THE ISSUE!!!!!! C.M.
