I'm so lucky my insurance covers it because I come once a week just to stay mobilized and prevent my SI joint and low back from locking up, which is a usual problem for me. I've been seeing chiropractors for years given some imbalanced body mechanics from my scoliosis and chronic pain and stiffness thanks to autoimmune. There are very few chiropractors that can actually adjust my low back. I told Kyle this coming in, and he listened to what has worked for me in the past and is able to adjust me no problem.
