As a parent who invested more than 10 years with multiple children at SACS, I cannot recommend the school today primarily for three reasons. First, tuition has increased significantly in recent years, yet the quality of education has not kept pace. While there are still pockets of excellent teachers who truly love their students and inspire them, these are the exception rather than the rule. For the tuition and additional fees being charged, the academics and overall experience simply do not measure up. Second, the administration is inconsistent, plays favorites and encourages gender discrimination. Certain families and students receive preferential treatment, while others are held to a different standard. Additionally, certain events are marketed based on gender, intentionally excluding the opposite gender. Instead of upholding fairness, the administration regularly chooses self preservation, politics and favoritism. Third, SACS does not partner with parents. Although the school claims it values collaboration, the reality is when parents raise legitimate concerns or attempt to hold leadership accountable, they are quickly silenced. There has been incidents of misconduct by staff towards students as well as sexual harassment claims against a high level administrative staff member, and in all circumstances, claims have been swept under the rug. Staff members that challenge decisions are fired. Families who question decisions or speak out are often placed on a "blacklist". Families, including those with children in good academic and behavioral standing, are prevented from re-enrolling or denied readmission. The message is clear: conform and be silent or get out. In short, SACS today reflects hypocrisy rather than true Christian values. The school promotes itself as providing a faith-based, high-quality education, but the reality is very different. Tuition is too high for what families actually receive, the environment is political and unfair, and the administration does not respect parents as partners in their children's education. If you are considering enrolling your child at SACS, my advice is to look elsewhere. Save your money for a school that offers genuine Christian values, quality academics, integrity, and displays respect for both students and their families.

I have an infant and a 4 year old. Both have had a great experience with teachers who seem so sweet and are always smiling! You know they have the hardest job in the world so if they always are cheerful and smiling is a good sign! The menu here is great. I feel good that my children are getting a well balanced menu! And mom win for not having to cook or pack snacks!! The facility is nice and clean and never smells. I love the splash pad and the playground. It's well manicured and looks nice! My daughter loves it. The app is great they always keep you informed which is nice during the day when I'm missing my babies I always check the app for notifications and pictures!! The front desk ladies are amazing. They are always so on top of it and helped me apply for childcare aware with the military which was a pain and then always got me the paper work I needed and fast so THANK YOU! All in all as a mom it's so nice to not worry about my children when I'm at work. They are safe and happy and I could not be happier with the service we get here at Primrose!

This is not part of a chain of schools (McSchools) where profits are the main purpose of the institution. The director has an amazing amount of experience and the staff has been working for years there. We really recommend Montessori Schoolhouse to parents who want quality education for their children.

Our two kiddos get excellent care and the environments are conducive to learning without being overstimulating. It was her very first time in school, so the first few weeks were an adjustment, but the teachers and staff were so kind, patient, and welcoming. They made sure she felt comfortable and excited to learn. We really appreciate how much they involve parents, too! Her teachers often shared photos and videos from class, and the school hosts fun family events like the Valentine's Picnic, Donuts with Dad, and Muffins with Mom. We also love the class parties each quarter. It's such a nice way to see how the kids are learning and growing. Now that she's in her second year, she absolutely LOVES her teachers. She talks nonstop about her friends, sings class songs at home, and is always proud to share what she learned that day. The staff always greet her by name during events, which shows how much they truly care about their students. Sylvan Learning on Bandera Road with its current owner is a money hungry franchise owner who does…read morenot care about the student. He allows students to attend without wearing a mask and for this reason my student did not return after they reopened during the pandemic. The corporate office does not have standards about how a franchise is run. I was told the VP, Susan Valverde will call me back and never did. When I visited the owner about the number of sessions we had left, he had it recorded as we had been there during the pandemic and when he was called out on this, he said he would have to get back with me - he never did. I strongly do not recommend using Sylvan. Corporate does not care how a center is being run as long as they pay their franchise fees. The owner could care less about the safety of your child or their lack of learning.
