During Covid times, I was able to see my new (PCP) primary care physician. I am so happy with Dr…read more Paul as he was personable, focused, has attention to detail and asks the right questions to get to the root of the problem. The layout of the office is very clean with a modern touch. Just remember that the office is street level so parking street side would be better off if you were like me with excruciating pain. If you park in the assigned parking lot you will have to climb the stairs and go to the right. I had excruciating pain going down my right leg so, I admitted myself into Lehigh Valley emergency room. They ran blood tests, urinalysis and CAT scan and found nothing. Nor could they infer anything (young doctor I suppose). The next day I went to go see Dr. Paul and he was extremely thorough with what the root cause was but you have to tell him everything so that he can deduce the proper procedure to recovery. I had a strained muscle in my lumbar about three weeks before and did not think that was the root problem since it only took me a day to recover. But, it turned out it was! I can't recommend enough to try to persuade anyone that this is one of the best doctors out there. I know they are hard to find so, I am definitely sticking with Dr. Paul. Give him a try even if you have a current primary care physician. I guarantee you you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Paul and his assistant Donna are particularly, GOOD and HONEST people. Dr. Paul is so easy to talk to and he actually listens, and then takes the time to explain to you whats going on and what the best route of treatment is. He is very knowledgeable! He's been my doctor for going on 3 years now and I still enjoy seeing him for his fantastic advice and passion for results. He genuinely wants to help people save their own lives and live healthy as possible in todays world. I truly got lucky finding Advanced Primary Care. A place that I can trust, and that actually cares. Best Family Doctor or PCP I've met in the valley and I've lived here over 20 years. Thank you guys for everything you do !

Also, their customer service is almost non-existent. If you don't believe me - go on line and try to get in touch with their customer service (it's virtually non-existent). I, like many others I know, am switching over to Penn medicine. They just acquired Doylestown Hospital. It is a bit farther of a drive, but well worth it at this point. Saint Luke's access times (wait times for an appointment) are crazy at this point. They have gone completely down hill over the past year and a half. I have dragged my elderly mother to appointments, only to be turned away because they didn't make the appointment correctly and didn't even bother to call me when they saw the appointment was incorrectly scheduled. Only response was "Sorry that happened." Unfortunately, at this point the trip to Doylestown is well worth the effort.

He is a kind, knowledgeable person and a fantastic individual and I can not praise him enough for the care he took with me for two years after an initial surgery was not helping. We took our time, he tried what he knew and when he finished I was no longer in pain and was onto regaining my walking capabilities again. It tool quite a while, but we got there, I know I could not have under the first surgeon. I told him on our last visit that (and this isn't bad) that I hoped tp have to never see him in a office visit again. I didn't mean to move however!!! :-) Georgia's lose is Pennsylvania's gain. Hey Dr. Lundy, I'm having an issue with the right knee, got someone you recommend? HAHA ... unfortunately not kidding about the other knee, but I hope to find another you. Thank YOU for what you did for me. I can never thank you enough.

Beware of this office and his professionalism. As far as his workers, they should all be fired and new ones should be brought in. I am not the first and you will not be the last.

BEWARE!!! DOCTOR DUMPS PATIENTS WHO DON'T LIKE BEING BERATED BY NASTY RECEPTIONIST!!!…read more I was supposed to have my 1st appointment with Dr. Hratko tomorrow, but his receptionist screwed up the appointment and called me this afternoon snapping at me that I didn't show up for my appointment today. Sure, I have a bit of preggo fog, but when I made the appt, my hubby was sitting right next to me as I repeated the appointment date, day, and time right back to the receptionist (not sure if the same one who got all uppity with me, though). Anyway, after being SCOLDED BY THE RECEPTIONIST, she rescheduled my appointment for tomorrow and seemed to be waiting for a thank you or something (I was waiting for an apology for her nasty behavior). We ended the call and I decided to call back and talk to her supervisor. This took 3 tries because the RECEPTIONIST KEPT YELLING AT ME AND HANGING UP. Finally, I get the supervisor and explain how nasty the receptionist was and how unprofessional it is to treat patients like that (had the hubby sitting nearby through this whole ordeal, to make sure I was being calm and polite while voicing my concerns). I also wanted to verify that the other 2 appointments I had scheduled were correct. The supervisor wasn't rude, but she wasn't particularly polite either. She admitted that she heard the receptionist yelling at me but it was "the first time anything like that had ever happened". An hour later, the nurse calls me and says the doctor has decided to "terminate our doctor-patient relationship." Now, I hadn't even met the doctor yet -- I had been referred to him and had been waiting 2 weeks for this appointment, MY FIRST PRENATAL APPOINTMENT AS A FIRST-TIME MOM -- so I was stunned and terrified. By the end of the call, I was begging to please let me have my ultrasound tomorrow, and the nurse said the doc refused to see me and I could just go to the emergency room if I felt I needed to see someone. So here I am, a first-time pregnant lady, high-risk, being 'dumped' by her new doctor. Shame on you, Dr. Hratko! I am not exaggerating any of this, I swear. Sane hubby was sitting by me the whole time and even got on the phone to try to reason with the nurse -- no luck. We spent the rest of the afternoon trying (no luck) to get in to see another doctor soon.
