They were attentive and knowledgeable as well as being helpful. Its the two doctors that im not very impressed by. The first doctors shift was almost over, we arrived at approximately 1-1:30 pm, his shift would end up being over before we left. I ended up getting a right torn MCL. He had mentioned getting a brace or even crutches, but thats all, i never got either. The other doctor that took his place was a lady, said she read his notes and she also mentioned a brace. But a lass i never got one, i picked one up my self at Walgreens. The only problem is that it wasn't a good brace. But it was the best that they had. They told me to follow up with my PCP in two weeks. I was never given any pain meds even a partial script would have been nice. An MRI would have been nice but that wasnt even an option. They could have ordered one at the boise hospital the next day but know all i had done was a X-ray. I made an appointment with my PCP approximately a week and a half later, but i wasnt seen until after the two week time. My PCP ordered a MRI so that was later that week. And my PCP made a referral to ortho, but i couldn't get in until Dec, i think he 2 week of December. The PA said he normally wouldn't operate due to my age. He had me make an appointment with Dr Denny but i couldn't get in to see him until mid January. He said had he saw the MRI closer to the time of the accident he would have operated on my knee, but due to the time since the accident it was to late. Now Dr Denny said we will try PT after my appointment in February. And if I want another MRI we can talk about that at the appointment. I was stressed because of the accident, he hit us doing at least 45mph. I personally think it was at least 50. Ok so people make mistakes they could have called after the fact and had me come back for a brace. Dr Denny said that had i had a brace closer to the start, it may have helped the scaring and healing process. I know ill have to deal with the fact that the other driver wasn't paying attention. I just never thought that doctors at Saint Alphonsus would not be paying attention. I had to think about what i wanted to say, is why it took me this long. The paramedics asked where did i want to go, since I work for the hospital i figured lets go there. I just regret not going to Saint Lukes, i just wonder if the outcome would be different? My PCP with Saint Als did a great job and she did what she said. D. Perkins at Garrity UC. The PA with ortho, why didnt he talk to dr Denny? Maybe it could have been repaired then I may have been doing PT by now. This experience with the ER just left a bad taste in my mouth. Again the nurses in the ER that day were fantastic, i hope they get some recognition. I feel like I was let fall through the cracks. It has left a not so good feeling with me.

I have never been treated so rudely in my life until dealing with their staff, so now I'm left to find Decent Care on my own !!!I hope that anyone who reads this stays very clear of this location in Caldwell. They are literally no help. I finally got my last-minute medication which I can't even go off of ...this place is a joke don't ever go near there if you want actual care.. I was referred to West Valley Spine and thought, "Okay, it's going to be a long time before I hear from them to set up an appointment." Wrong. They contacted me a couple of weeks later and I got in there soon after, too. They have two locations, in near downtown Meridian and in Caldwell. Been to both locations and saw the same doctor and assistant, Sarah Wilson and Edgar. This whole situation is brand new to me and I was a bit apprehensive, but I need not have been. Both were so friendly and took their time to explain everything. Sarah is very knowledgable and she has my trust. Recently had to go in for a second look-see as my pain has increased-dang those family genes. They got me in right away and again I was met with professionalism and friendly folks. Now, I get to experience some physical therapy (review later on that one).

Gee, that wouldn't have happened if they would have looked me up when I first asked how much longer. Totally disorganized and completely UNACCEPTABLE. Nurses and PAs walk around with no sense of urgency. Extremely rude.!!! No compassion!!! No sense of humanity. NEVER, EVER AGAIN. Their attitude was what made everything such a frustrating experience.

I've had a couple of visits here since they opened, and I am glad that they are close to my home for non emergency needs. Don't believe I've ever waited longer than 20 minutes to get in, but it all depends on how busy and who's more in need! Always be "patient" at any urgent care, as they do their best to accommodate many. Would highly recommend here for care should you ever need it.

I brought my child into this facility @ 830 am on a saturday morning we were the only paitents in…read morethe building and we sat in the waiting room fro 45 minutes and then were transfered to a room where we waited an additional 30 minutes; The doctor (male) that was helping us; came in assessed my child and dignosed her with something completely illegocal; I had to ask for a culture to be completed, he said it was un-necessary but at my insistance one was completed; This doctor wrote me a prescription, and sent us on our way. When I reached the pharamcy I was informed that the prescription that he had written was an over the counter medication that could be found on isle twelve. Not only was my time wasted; but I also paid hundreds of dollars to be prescribed an over the counter medication. Roughly a week later I had still not recieved any lab results back from the culture that was taken, I called that friday and the following monday with no return to my call, the following friday @ 4:45pm (1 week 6 days after her appoitment) I recieved a call that her labs came back and she had a very serious bacteria infection, and needed to be seen by her primary care physician immideately. However this visit was not able to occour until tuesday (2 weeks 3 days after appoitment) due to the fact that I didn't recieve this information until offices were closed and also closed for the weekend. My treatmean, was un ethical and very unprofessional, I would not recomed this location or facility to anyone expecially if you are truly ill. It could cost you your life.

Recently I returned from California sick. I thought it was Covid so I quarantined myself. I mad a…read moreappointment with TV medicine. By now I was hallucinating 24-7. I went in days before my appointment missed my appointment. Stephanie Dr Crownovers RN saw me. The next time they spoke she told him how I wasn't acting right, my skin color was not good, I was glassy eyed. He said called him and get him in here. That busy people would take time out of their day to be concerned about someone that most practices would consider just another patient amazes me. The story gets better, I went in and Dr Crownover did blood tests in house. Who has a lab in their Practice TV Medicine does. In a short time He told me to go to a certain place because they work with my insurance better and cost less. He was truly concerned about me from my health to finances. About 30 minutes later getting a CT scan. Dr Crownover himself calls me and tells me that someone needs to take me to the hospital. At the hospital I am told that I may not survive. I had a mess in my liver that was over 30cm in diameter. It had filled my body with ammonia I was in trouble. The hospital did a good job of helping me get my health turned around. I was sent home after the hospital had told me that their home care manager had set up everything and I was good to go home and people would be calling and setting up taking care of my home care needs. About a week later and no one has called I have no idea who to call. My wife called and Spoke with Michaela and Stephanie. They have stepped in and taken such good care of me. I have no words to say thank you big enough. Other than to say you have saved my life.

They used to be a great clinic but their customer service is unnecessarily poor. I'm trying to fix a problem I didn't generate and they have no interest in helping.
