She is very professional and has a reassuring and comforting bedside manner, which took a lot of my worry and fear away about the situation. Dr. Finken made me feel respected and I felt like I was part of the team. She didn't talk down to me, as some doctors do. It felt to me like I had a very complicated and difficult foot issue, but Dr. Finken addressed it perfectly - correcting problems from surgeries that had just been done by another provider. NEVER have any procedure done by a doctor who only read what the RCI Radiologist writes in his…read morereport! Make sure the doctor doing the procedure views the images themselves. RCI Radiologists writes reports without even looking at all of the images and thus missed the root problem. RCI will not return your calls either, ever! They basically investigate themselves and won't admit they make mistakes but rather just say the will use it as a learning experience. You have no recourse when RCI screws up and they know it. You just have to live with the permanent nerve damage caused by their error.
