NEVER have any procedure done by a doctor who only read what the RCI Radiologist writes in his…read morereport! Make sure the doctor doing the procedure views the images themselves. RCI Radiologists writes reports without even looking at all of the images and thus missed the root problem. RCI will not return your calls either, ever! They basically investigate themselves and won't admit they make mistakes but rather just say the will use it as a learning experience. You have no recourse when RCI screws up and they know it. You just have to live with the permanent nerve damage caused by their error.

X-ray taken and that with a previous MRI that the office had access to provided the needed diagnostic films. Dr Larson was professional, thorough, answered all questions.
