I've been a loyal European Wax Center customer for over a decade. During my previous visit, I was told I had two waxes left on my pass. That was fine with me -- and if I hadn't had any left, I would've happily purchased another package, as I always do. At checkout this time, I was given a total, and I mentioned that I still had a pass remaining (since sometimes they don't realize I have a package). I was completely dismissed by Chris, who bluntly said, "No, you used all 12." When I explained what I'd been told, he responded, "I can't verify what someone told you when they were leaving to have a baby." That comment was completely unprofessional and unnecessary -- I never even mentioned who told me that information. Had he simply explained the situation politely or asked if I wanted to purchase another package, I would have understood. But the tone and lack of respect were unacceptable, especially in front of another employee and a customer. I ended up just paying to leave, only for him to later text me my wax history -- as if that excused how I was treated. I understand times are tough, but good customer service should never disappear. I truly would have purchased another package, but the experience left me very disappointed.

She did a fantastic job on my extensions, and when it came to my well being, she noticed I had been picking at my skin and mentioned that that could severely impact the healing process afterwards (the picking was an OCD tendency from a traumatic accident). Although, I was disappointed at first, as I was really looking forward to the microblading, I later realized the art of true professionalism displayed for her clients! I told her before she started that I wanted my eyebrows to stay as thick as possible & she replied "Yes, you just want them cleaned up a little, right?" Yet, my left eyebrow looks amazing & the right is nearly nonexistent, looks nothing like the left. I'm not pleased at all & have come to the conclusion that there is no one in the Bradenton-Sarasota area who is willing to offer great customer service & thread nicely. After my right eyebrow grows back I guess I'd better learn how to do my own.

Parking is much better over the weekend as opposed to the week day.

Initially, we were quoted a specific hourly rate for her services of $210.00 We had no idea how expensive or how long the process would take but decided to go this route. After a few weeks of using her services, sometimes me and my husband were on the table 2-3 hours each time, it was time to pay. She informed us that her hourly rate is increased to $40 more. We discussed that she should have informed us about the rate increase when we made the appointment. She agreed to maintain the original price for the continuation of our procedure. We explained to her that the total cost of completing the necessary work would amount to approximately $10,000 - $15,000 which is a significant amount. We scheduled the next appointment, but she texted us to inform us that she decided that she would be charging her new rate of $250 per hour. Needless to say, I promptly deleted my initial 5-star review, which I had given her far too early in her work on us. We have since found a new facility that charges us half of what we were paying. Remember, electrolysis is a labor-intensive and expensive procedure. It's crucial to do your research before choosing a service provider.
