I cannot stress enough how horrible this place is--do yourself a favor and NEVER go here. So glad I gave this place another try! They truly are a great eyebrow establishment. I waited about a month let my eyebrows grow, still letting them grow more, I had TJ do a little cleaning and they already look amazing. I had to do a review update, her staff is truly wonderful and wouldn't do anything on purpose to mess up your eyebrows, and mistakes happened at times. I will definitely keep coming back and suggest letting them know exactly what you would like to get done when getting your eyebrows threaded. read more

I was so nervous to try a new eyebrow threading place. I recently move from AZ and I was very used to my usual spot back home. TJ was so polite from the beginning, her method is definitely very very minimal pain. Location is clean, very spacious. They also do accept card and gratuity on the card. I mention this because a lot of places tend to accept cash gratuity only. So the fact that I was able to add it on my card made it very convenient. Personally I'm used to a thicker eyebrows and she went in a little thinner than I'm used to but honestly I'm good with them. If you do prefer a certain thickness just make sure you mention it prior. But definitely will return. She made me feel welcomed and even asked for my name. It was a very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend. read more

I just left Zara's eyebrow threading and I had a great experience with TJ. I got my whole face threaded and couldn't be happier with the experience. TJ took her time to make sure every hair was gone. This will be my new go to. read more

I Was just passing through town. On holiday.. I understand a new place could be a hit or miss and unfortunately for my eyebrows it was a miss. I didn't get the name of the woman that helped me.. but she did take it upon herself to reshape my eyebrows (without my permission) .. bringing them back to the early 2000s. A tragic time to be in high school. Anyway, instead of asking how I would like my eyebrows done.. she took upon herself to shape them thin and shaping my left eyebrow a quarter shorter than the other. Didn't even take off any Length. After crying in the car for 10 minutes .. digging into my purse for tweezers to get the stray hairs she completely missed .. here I am. So for someone visiting this shop., make sure you speak up because I didn't .. now I'm left with extremely thin eyebrows that is now going to take me long awkward months to grow back out. Side note- she did hand me the mirror but I was in complete disbelief what just happened .. I just wanted to leave. read more

I had to remove two stars due to the unprofessionalism and lack of good customer service. The lady who was working today on 5/31/2022 at around 2:00 PM was working extremely slow (about 15-20 minutes per person) mainly because she was on the phone and couldn't multitask. I actually ended up leaving after waiting over 35 minutes and there was only two people ahead of me. I will definitely make an appointment to avoid this problem next time but I hate I wasted my time.. read more

Did a great job cleaning up my overgrown eyebrows. I didn't get the technicians name who did my eyebrows she was an older lady but she took her time and made sure my eyebrows were perfect. Very minimal pain which Was awesome because some people feel like they are taking skin with my eyebrows. Will definitely be going back read more

If I could give this business less than 1 star I would. I went there yesterday for an upper lip waxing. The technician was very rough and she got wax in my hair. It felt sore afterwards but I didn't thing too much about it. However, today my lip is swollen and red with marks on it that look like a rash. Looks like I got punched in the mouth. Very, very unhappy. I do NOT recommend this place. read more
