There are a few people I didn't care for but I won't allow them to sully my great memories. Two of the three are definitely gone from the school. The school was always kept neat and clean. One of their school counselors was a stand out kind and caring person. They were lucky to have him. Yes, the policies were somewhat strict but none of it was unreasonable. While they did promote the sports culture at CK, the academic aspect didn't suffer for it. I look back fondly of my experience here. I felt well prepared for college. While I can't speak for any of the current goings-on, based on my lived experience, I do recommend this school.

They gave us a tour of their changes and I love how modern the locker rooms, lunchroom and labs have become. SFP is such a big school with small town feel and I really began miss my days there. I've had a really good experience with Brown Academy. The teachers there are knowledgeable and…read moreactually care about whether students understand the material instead of just rushing through it. The classes are challenging, but in a good way. They push you to think harder and solve problems on your own, which helped me get better at math and problem-solving overall. The class sizes are usually pretty small, so it's easier to ask questions if you get stuck. The instructors are patient and explain things clearly, sometimes showing multiple ways to solve a problem. I also like that the curriculum goes beyond what we learn in regular school, especially for competition math and advanced topics. It can definitely be demanding at times, but if you're willing to put in the effort, it's worth it. I feel like I've improved a lot since starting there, and it's helped build my confidence.

As a student in the middle school I want to say that the high school side is more biased than the…read moremiddle school side. the high schoolers get different lunches every day but the middle schoolers only get tacos and pizza. The girls also have better bathrooms than the boys do. The girls get mirrors but the boys get no mirrors and the soap is outside of the bathroom which is very disfunctional. The boys locker room is very wild and I always have to worry about getting my stuff stolen or getting into an altercation. The weight room is not bad but not good. the dumbbell handles are dirty and covered in dead skin. Some of the barbells are brown and rusty. The weight room is also very tiny. I would be walking past a guy doing squats and be hit in the elbow with their barbell. The area outside of the weight room is used for other workouts because of how tiny the space is.
