There's a small room where you can have a small presentation. Bathroom facilities are available along with charging stations and covered parking areas. Doors open at 6:30pm, lessons from 7-8pm, then 'real' dancing at 8pm. Lessons are for beginners, advanced and Charleston/Lindy hop. Admission is $10. $3 less if you are a dues-paying member. Next Monday will have a live band and admission will be $15. This venue is used for more than swing dancing. It's popular for wedding receptions. Fairly large ballroom with a kitchen and restrooms. The parking lot is pretty large as well. I guess you just call them if you want to rent the hall. Conveniently located right off of I10. Take the Medical/Wurzbach exit if coming from the south. On my drive about 15 minutes in I received another text saying 4 people were ahead of me and my wait time was 59 minutes. So clearly the app lied. Once I made it in the office Rhee was only 2 people working on passports so now I understood what I had a 59 minute wait. They only take checks or money orders for the passport fee. The other fees can be paid for debit or credit card. Eat before you come here because you truly don't know how long or short the wait will be. If you have efficient education at your school then there is no reason anyone should have to ask you to be quiet. Even with that common sense, occationally there are still people come in and slamming door like they have never go to library or go to school even once in their life time. But come on we are in United States, " No child left behind" how can we have those people graduate from school without learning the most common sense in society right? Well unless they did it intentionally. But who would do that we all educated and should respect the library rule right? Fond memories of this urban legend "haunted" bridge from my high school days. I was walking the Medina River Greenway a couple of days ago (which is AWESOME) and then realized I was walking across the Donkey Lady Bridge I had visited many times in my youth. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it) you can no longer drive across the bridge. On the plus side, it is part of the greenway trails and SA Parks and Rec allows fishing from the bridge that spans the Medina River.
