I came in because I needed help treating my knee pain that was preventing me from running 8+mi in preparation for my full-distance Ironman. Upon my first consultation, I could tell that some of the staff had athletic backgrounds, which made me feel more comfortable trusting them to help me achieve my ambitious athletic goals. Dr. Gina was able to diagnose the issue and prescribe exercises to help me to correct the root cause of the pain. After two months of PT, I was able to finish the the race! Service: 5/5. The manager, Sable, is usually my therapist and she is outstanding! Always pleasant, caring, professional and a good friend now. The staff is remarkable and the ladies always greet you with a smile and 'how are you today?' I appreciate that. The place is spotless and equipment is immediately stored in its place when not in use. Sable is definitely on my Christmas card list....she cured my lifelong problem with vertigo and this last bout I had was endless torture. We reviewed everything I had previously done and was given all new things to do for at home on top of what I already had. I was also given bands to use, which I had buy from the other location. I got print outs of what I needed to do at home with pictures and before leaving, I scheduled all 6 weeks that was on my script but was also asked when I would see my doctor again so if more was needed we could have them all set as well. Seems like a completely different experience, and I hope the previous person got the attention needed and required.

I can't speak to the actual therapy as they do not offer regular scheduled weekly therapy times . I was told, "We book whatever is available that week in the schedule, we don't guarantee weekly availability of therapy." My son is an athlete, we were looking for speedy and effective therapy options with a sports focus. Two weeks invested in this office and we are no closer to starting therapy than we were on day one.

My shoulder has been "frozen" from Adhesive Capsulitis for several months secondary to a work-related injury. Physical Therapy is definitely affording me greater mobility (Range of Motion) and strengthening. Cora's hours are flexible and the therapists are always on time. After i am released from medical visits i can come back for unlimited use of exercise equiptment.help from professional physical therapists and special programs for my body and do a monthly workout fee (no insurance accepted) for my unscheduled drop ins..as kind of a physical workout option $35 mth no contract to keep my muscle strength for all my ISSUES lol..

They administered the wrong doses and iv meds for the first week..how do you give someone the wrong medicine,anyways.I'm not a doctor but I knew more about certain things then the staff..I'm not sure where the found there staff but I doubt any of them have any kind of certification in anything medical related..I'm here now for another week..chances of survival not As high as they should be..lol the have Flys, knats,and bedbugs, spoiled food ,I've had better food in jail..and Nicole, wow the people that run this place are cold hearted ,uneducated and are only here to get a pay check..the few good reviews they do have are not people that were recently here there fake reviews, I have been here 5 weeks and those people have not even been here for treatment..that's sad if u have to put fake good reviews just to get your 3 stars when u just had 1 the other day....this place needs to be shut down ,sterilized and hire staff members that actually have some kind of knowledge in the medical field...and 70 percent of the floor staff don't even speak english...my roommate next to me hasn't showed in 5 weeks that I been here ,you would think they would make people shower...all statements I have made on this so called facility are all true, if u don't believe me come see for your self,but I recommend bringing a can of raid and bed bug spray and were a mask cause it smells like bodily fluids down every hallway...
