It's a busy weekend for them because Clearwater Beach is extra packed because of the sugar sand festival. They work on tips and it's basically a two or three seater in the back of the bike they peddle. They are very fast at peddling as best they can through the crowds. They are also very friendly. We took them and enjoyed our trip back to our car. Glad I finally have their phone number. I'll be sure to use them again in the near future!

I opted for the waterfront tour and I can't recommend it highly enough! I'd never ridden in a pedicab before, and I can tell you it's a totally different experience from going on foot or even on your own bike where you're navigating traffic rather than sitting back and relaxing and watching the world go by. I definitely plan to use the service for going back and forth downtown too, like when things are just a little too far away to walk comfortably or those few occasions where I'm wearing heels that'd look great stepping out of the limo onto the red carpet but are not so much the thing for trekking block after block!

Man! After all day at the parks we were exhausted and had the long trek back to our hotel but they…read morehave these pedi cabs waiting so we decided to do it. The guy who took us was really friendly and asked about our trip and let us know they don't get paid to be there and only earn the tips they get. He was peddling really hard cuz there was 4 of us total in the cab of the bike and we stayed at the Portofino which apparently is the farthest hotel. We really appreciated not having to walk that whole way in the heat and sweat and we could tell he was having a workout with taking all of us. So we gladly gave him $30. He got us there way faster than us having to walk and the bike gave us a breeze to cool off too. So if the Florida heat and sun is taking its toll on you, show your appreciation for having the pedicabs get you there faster with a generous tip! I certainly couldn't do that all day! Whew!

It's fast and a fun experience in touring the walkways of the resort. The ride is free, the operators work for tips. I had two kids in tow with me. I noticed a dude riding a rickshaw and prayed that somehow we'd find him when it was time to go home. Well I must have done something right because not one but two crossed our paths on the way back to the car. Brad was friendly and a quick pedaler. What would have been seven more tiring minutes on foot with two tired kids was condensed into two relaxing minutes for the ride. It's a FREE ride with pedalers paid strictly through tips. Unless you get here just at the right time, you will probably have to wait a little bit, but it's not bad. I checked and was directed to stand in one of the many roped off lines based on my hotel/resort destination. I arrived at 5:55pm and the first person in my line. At 6:07pm a staff member announced that there were several busses dropping of people on the other side of the airport and it would be about 20 minutes. One of these buses was for our line of people waiting. There was one large tour type bus outside and the line adjacent to me was the line for that bus. I noticed while I stood there for 30 minutes that bus was there for 30 of those 30 minutes before it took off. By 6:30pm no buses had arrived and there were only 4 people behind me and after watching the last bus sit and wait for people to arrive and fill up. I decided I was done waiting and I left. Used Mears to save money but in my opinion it was not worth it. I had been travelling all day and just wanted to get to my hotel so I ordered ride-share who picked me up in 5 minutes (once I found the ride-share area at the airport) and was at my hotel in about 20 minutes.
