Metal vent hood was almost madE worse with streaks & soap residue left. I was charged extra for a spring clean & place was just cleaned very basic to poorly. Definitely feel ripped off. There was never a request to have money in an envelope. What are we dealing with here ? Hookers ? Cant call you because you are CLOSED today with nobody available to speak to. And no they were not a phone call away. Do not believe a word of their trying to save face after the fact.

At 10am I called and spoke to Landon, at first he wasn't sure if we were even scheduled then finally realized we were indeed. Said he didn't understand why his employee hadn't arrived so he promised to find out and call me right back. I waited an hour without a call, so I called him back, no answer. I called several times with no answer, only voice mail. Left message and also text Landon again with no response. Finally I get a text message from a Nancy? telling me they had over-booked their employee and they were sorry. Again, no call no follow-up, nothing! This is possible the worst customer service ever! He reminded me of my appt. via text and showed up on time. I am so pleased with his work. My windows look amazing. He worked very hard to get them clean. He removed the calcium deposits off of my windows at the back of the house (they had marks all over them because of the hard water of the sprinklers). He is professional and easy to work with. He made sure that I was well taken care of. He walked me through the house to inspect the windows to make sure that I was satisfied. His prices were very reasonable. I contracted with a roofer, and when they came to do the work, it turns out the walls were not completed properly: there is no plywood nor wall wrap in the leaking areas (which is itemized on my contract with Tri Star). I contacted Tri Star to come and redo the work, even sent pictures of the problem areas, and called to make sure they received the photos. That was on March 12, and I have not heard back. Additionally, they took almost four times as long as estimated to do the work. And even then, the work was not completed as contracted, and I have now paid Tri Star more than $10000, and my walls still leak, and the work I have paid them to do is being damaged because the work was not done correctly. There are other construction companies in Denton: find one of them.
