Years ago we also bought a stand from them; instead of the usual pins, it has a single post in the middle of the well. Since their trees have holes drilled in the bottom, you just place the tree onto the post and you're done! It's so much easier than trying to twist the pins to hold the tree in place. The lady that helped me fully dedicated over 20 minutes to walking around the shop helping me make a list of all the equipment, clothing, tools, and supplies I'll need for my newly purchased road bike. She also spoke with me at length about cleaning and riding techniques, as well as tips and tricks from her own cycling experience. She was also able to recommend a third party to properly fit my bike to me, which she uses herself. I didn't look around at the new bikes too much, but I did notice they had a selection of mountain bikes, e-bikes, and road bikes. They've got tools, bags, shoes, cleaners and lubricants, CO2 tire inflators, tubes, and everything else you'd ever need. They were out of a few clothing items due to shortages from high demand during COVID, but they were still able to provide recommendations about what to look for. That undivided attention was so valuable and helpful - I couldn't have asked for anything more than the experience I had here. This isn't the closest bike shop to me, but it is 100% worth the drive. AND I'd like to mention they are open an hour later than most other bike shops, which is so appreciated and convenient when I rushing to get some shopping done after my work day. The thing I learned from this is extremely careful about who you entrust with your services. I am putting this as a closed chapter; I got the bike repaired elsewhere even though I had to take it into the shop. I was in the market to get my bike repair that I needed to enjoy my bike instead of storing it. Anyways I was looking online here on yelp and used their services to suggest projects. Which I thought was an excellent idea. 3 people contacted me. This owner is one of them - We talked I was forthcoming on what I needed to be done. I explained that I could be available around 5:00 pm. My repair was agreed to be a mobile service. I received a message at 5:00 pm saying they are behind schedule. You can drop off the bike. I said that is not what I am looking for and they agreed to 6 pm Here I am, waiting outside in the cold rain for about 20 mins total. During that time frame, they asked what size of the tube, etc. I gave the information as needed. At 6:30 pm, I offered to confirm my address - they mentioned a different name than mine in the message, which feels like they confused tickets or customers. I explained who I was again. I asked If they were there at the agreed place at 6:30 pm they said I think so I offered to call to confirm I understand that time is money. I called no answer ( by the way, this was the 3rd call or so ) with time in between At 6:43 pm, I got a text that said I am here - I am like, finally, let's get this repaired, still do not see them. Then they say. Did you not have an appointment? I find that funny due to we agreed on the time, and as well, it was scheduled via the yelp app, so how in the world would I not have an appointment, or why even ask that question? At 7:18, they said they been here the whole time I had you down for 530 -630; however, the message said 6:00 pm. At 7:24 then it was messaged to me that they could pick up the bike again and do the repair at the shop and have it done in the hour. I appreciate that; however, I don't appreciate the statement," you are confused. You must have me confused for another mobile bike service" no, that is not the issue at all. At 730 PM they said they don't offer mobile service even though they agreed to it a few times during our talks. At 7:31 pm, it was I can have the tube done in 30 mins I will leave now. Past that time around 7:35, I pretty much wasted 4 hours on this, and I knew my bike was not going to be repaired in a reasonable timeframe, so I put up my gloves, and I knew that I had to go another avenue that is what I am going to look into this evening. WOW, what a waste of time - The whole thing was a very frustrating experience. Some of the things I ponder Why go through all this trouble and not show up at all or even answer the phone? Not sure why so many times we're given. I can understand that at times appointments need to be changed & I am okay with that. Overall thoughts I am not one to bash people; however, this was very upsetting. I may give them another chance. However, the communication and followthrough need to improve juristically.

He was able to put me in some easy entry/exit Salomon's. While we were waiting for the footbeds to warm up, he was able to find the exact skis I was looking for. It took maybe an hour to complete the transaction. After a few days on the mountain, my ski boots became to loose. Without an appointment, I walked in and explained my situation. The boot fitter went in the back and worked his magic!

The proprietor was as congenial as could be and was almost inconsolable with disappointment that this had happened. He came quickly to our aid and insisted on refunding our money and offered us free usage of his e-bikes. In the end it was was still an overall great experience meeting this nice young fellow and we had no regrets. I would not hesitate to recommend using this resource, which is in an ideal location for a spectacular ride in a beautiful setting.
