My last visit to him was prior to COVID, and I was a little unsure of what steps offices were taking to follow guidelines. From what I saw, they did a great job sanitizing between patients. I think my hygienist had on two masks, a shield, eyewear, and gloves of course. You don't know you need the insurance until a vertical root fracture happens. The practice also takes CareCredit and if you use cc you know how much that interest free payment plan means. The office administrators are incredible and will do their utmost to ensure you are seen sooner when experiencing pain. From a non-pain appointment I was also seen a little early (no complaints here). The dentists and hygienists are amazing. They listen without judgment and give honest opinions and referrals. They take seriously that some of us have childhood dental trauma and specific anxieties. When I needed one more shot of novocaine there were no questions asked and the molar extractions went quick and smoothly. I have always been allowed my noise cancelling headset and a female hygienist in the room if not a female dentist/oral surgeon. I felt seen, heard and respected. They tried to save my second molar and when it broke weeks later; I was immediately scheduled for the second extraction. I cannot recommend this place enough for affordable dental care.

Well, it's been a couple years now and I must say that Dr. Bagley has been a pleasant surprise. I would say he ranks at the top for dentist in Guilford County.
