Used to be a patient here - Dr Fine was very unkind and talked down to me as if my problems were beneath her. She told Me I was not amenable to her suggestions Of surgery and did not really explain what was involved well or even give me time to Process any of it before being dismissive. I don't really understand the popularity here and even went on a friends referral. I found another doctor who was kind and addressed my needs in a professional way. read more

I wish I could say I had a positive experience however when I called to inquire I was cutoff by the receptionist before finishing my first sentence. She stated that they are not taking any new pregnancy patients and I would need to call someone else. She did provide a phone number but started spitting it out so quickly I had to ask for a moment to grab a pen. I am in the first few weeks of my first pregnancy and just looking for some help. The experience was extremely off-putting and quite frankly unnecessary on her part. Maybe she's having a bad day, but it's not necessary to take it out on random strangers. read more

I just read through some of the reviews, Dr. Stacy Fine Hostile? STOP!!!, I started seeing her after her father retired. She is wonderful, has a great sense of humor, listens attentively and knows her stuff. Sure the office is busy which says a lot about the practitioner. To defend the front office, the phones can ring off the hook, patients call all day wanting results, give them some slack. I personally have never had an issue but if I did, I would be more understanding because I am in the health care field and know how busy medical offices can be. For me, she is the BEST!! read more

I went to see Dr Fine for my annual exam and during the process of the exam she checked my neck (as she always does) and felt something. She sent me for an ultrasound which showed 2 nodules, 1 of which was determined to be malignant. I am now under the care of endocrinologists and am having my thyroid removed. Dr Fine saved my life and I will be forever grateful to her. read more

The best there is! I have been a patient of Dr. Fine's since 2003 and I absolutely love everything about her and her staff! She has always had a very friendly and caring front office staff and nurses. Any time that I needed a refill on a prescription I would call and violà, it's ready at to pick up at the pharmacy. I've been to doctors offices and have had to wait for 30 minutes before being called back and having to wait another 20 for the doctor, and I've never had that problem here. I sign in and within about 5 minutes I'm in a room and within 5 minutes, she's in the room. When I was pregnant it was always easy to make all of my appointments and if I felt I needed to be seen sooner, her staff was always more than accommodating. Dr. Fine has delivered all 4 of my boys, and all of my pregnancies were not all fun! I always had horrible morning sickness and she was always reassuring that it gets better, which eventually it did. My biggest fear was my first delivery and she answered all of my questions and eased all of my fears. She went through what the plan was and I knew that it doesn't always go as planned since all deliveries are different. Luckily all of my delivery's went very well and she made an uncomfortable situation so comforting and comical. I always remember her joking with my husband to help him relax and it always helped. She made all of my deliveries as easy as possible and I would chose delivery over being pregnant for 9 months! If you are looking for a great female doctor with a great staff this is the place for you! I wish that she could be family physician so that I wouldn't have to ever go anywhere else!! read more

Dr Fine is great. It is just that her front office staff is not. I have gone there for 6 years and am tired of the lack of service. I have experienced rude behavior at worst and a poor attitude and lack of going any extra for the customer.Every time I call or go there I feel I am an imposition on their time. Time to find someone new. read more

Dr. Fine is hands down the most amazing doctor I have ever had the pleasure of coming across. She is extremely knowledgeable and proactive with my medical care. When she is with me, she makes me feel like I am her only patient and that she truly cares about me. My visits with her are always professional and comfortable. I have recommend all of my friends to choose her as a provider. In addition, Dr. Fine personally calls me with test results which is such a nice touch (instead of having the nurse call). Dr. Fine has a cult-like following with a number of the women at my workplace, and I'm definitely a follower. Every visit to her office is pleasant from start to finish. The office staff and nurses are always friendly and efficient. Dr. Fine takes time to talk with her patients. Dr. Fine is simply the best. She is thoughtful, caring, thorough, honest and in the 11 years I have been her patient she has always taken her time with me, answered all my questions and made me feel as if I were her most important patient. I have had two surgeries performed by her and she would call me daily to check in, which I appreciated. I love her office staff and have always found them helpful, responsive and have always been able to get an appointment and have issues resolved quickly. I recommend her highly without reservation. Tried to schedule an appointment as a first time patient. Woman who answered the telephone was extremely rude, immediately before allowing me to speak said "I am overwhelmed, can whats your name and number, I am very busy here". Provided her my number, she did return my call and again was very rude and said "Dr Fine is very popular, and in high demand due to her reputation, so we cant see you until some time next year. This is a very busy office and she is in high demand".. yep I heard you the first time. Normally I would wait until SOMETIME next year, but not with that type of rude attitude in your front office. I had the same exact experience as Zeke D. did but back in 2013! I still feel terrified of new doctors because of how terrible of an experience I had with this lady. She was the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL doctor I have ever come across. I had originally been seen by the NP and she was friendly. I had to go back for a follow up visit with the doctor and was constantly given the run around by the front desk. When I arrived for my appointment I was told to undress and put the paper blanket on. As Stacey Fine walked in (my first time even meeting her) she instantly started degrading me and putting me down. She was completely hostile and aggressive and wouldn't even let me get a word in. (All this while I'm naked under a paper blanket!!) At one point I finally was able to speak and told her I couldn't believe she would attack a patient in such a manner. She then proceeded to tell me I needed to realize that having a PPO meant nothing in the medical world anymore and to get used to being treated like that with the changing world of healthcare. (This was right as Obamacare was coming out) She then told me she felt like she shouldn't even do the procedure and maybe I should leave if I didn't like how I was being treated. I was in there for what could have been cancer cells... not something I wanted to ignore. I let her do the tests anyways which I quickly regretted. She went as far as to ask me what my grooming method was down there!!!!! and when she was done told me to get dressed and I could leave and they would call me. As I was dressing the assistant opened the door to bring another patient in without knocking or anything!!! WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Go to someone else unless you don't mind some lady with a chip on her shoulder degrading you while you're naked. read more

Worst experience ever. WATCH OUT FOR NICOLE AT THE FRONT DESK!!!!! Please i urge anyone who is looking to go there to please read this 1st. The front office is so downright horrible. The women name is Nicole.I went there and at 1st i had a wonderful experience with Dr.Silverman Dr.fine father. Once he retired and his daughter took over it went down hill. I had received a bill of a balance that was due. I called to explain to Nicole at the front desk i had already paid for it. I had a receipt as well as a bank statement if they needed it. She started saying well we don't have a record here that shows you paid for it. I said i understand, but I have proof with a receipt that was given from your office as well a bank statement. Nicole laughed and I said i don't see what's so funny. I said your saying im lying. She said well call it what you want but you have a balance. At this point we were arguing and I insisted on speaking with Dr.Fine . Nicole said that she was too busy and doesn't speak with patients. Eventually i went in to the office. When I spoke with Dr.Fine. she told me she knows what happened that Nicole had me on speaker. I said how dare she have me on speaker. Its completely unprofessional. I said i have proof she said it doesn't matter. I have to pay my bill because the office has bills to pay. They then tried to charge me for 2 missed appt which was strange because the dates fell on a Saturday when they aren't even open. I explained how i am not comfortable. All the while i kept receiving the same bill in the mail. I spoke with my insurance company who agreed no bills are due. I was so stressed because they kept calling me. At that point it had been over a year and half since i was there. No longer a patient. I then received another bill from them saying I owe more because i never put a credit card on file for them. I spoke with my insurance company who then did a conference call with the office. They lady named Nicole picked up who then began to argue with the lady from my insurance. She wouldn't explain why they were charging me and refused to give information and then hung up on us. The lady from my insurance company was so furious she then wrote up the Doctor as well as the entire office with the state bored. It's was the first time in a year in a half i felt someone one listening. I dealt with constant phones calls, me faxing all the paperwork and them saying they never got it each time. Receiving bills and then them calling again harassing me. All the while Nicole would never let me talk to anyone else.When I went to the office Dr.Fine said oh I've known Nicole for years she's dear close personal friend of mine. I looked at her and said the way she talks and treat people is unacceptable. The doc said bottom line you still have to pay the bill. I didn't. I left unresolved. I had never been treated that way in my life. About a week later after the insurance company filed a complaint with the state bored i got a phone call from the Dr.Fine. I Did not pick up. Dr Fine left a voicemail saying she just heard all that was happening and had no idea what was going on. She apologized and gave my her personal cell number to call her. I did not. I just laughed. It's so sad that that's what it took. She said they voided the entire bill and i owed nothing. It was a horrible experience. I hope that anyone who considers going there to please not go. read more

Dr. Fine is AMAZING. She has been my Dr for 8 years. She always remembers me and my family and what my concerns are. She is always professional and truly cares about her patients. She no longer delivers babies but she did deliver mine and she was exceptional. She has gone above and beyond what most doctors would do in terms of personal care. My experience with Dr Fine was absolutely horrible, she was so completely unprofessional and rude that I'm still in shock. I would warn prospective patients to stay away. At my last visit I was verbally attacked and degraded by her, she was hostile, aggressive and when I, the patient tried to calm the situation down, she lashed out at me again. She does not allow a collaborative approach to health care but rather dictates. I have worked in medicine for many years and never been a witness to such unprovoked behavior. Horrible..... My wife was a patient with this office. First they tried to charge my wife for not having a credit card on file. Even when we paid prior to them receiving an explanation of benefits from our insurance company. We immediately noticed a discrepancy with what they said we owed and what insurance said we owed. So after calling the billing office with no call back I called the office. The office was very rude, and I said I would come in to discuss, which I did. The response from the front office receptionist when I told her who I was as I walked into the office was and I quote "Oh, Joy!" as she rolled her eyes. Then they tried to make excuses with no real proof as to why they are overcharging me $75.00. I then left as they said they would have their outside biller contact me. The biller did contact me, and said she will go over my wife's billing and get back to me. She got back to me and it was still incorrect, we came to the conclusion that her adjustments were incorrect after much back and forth. I informed her of this and she responded that she would get back to me when she has a chance. There was nothing to review, I emailed her and circled where the adjustment was incorrect on her bill vs insurance's. Unfortunately this office does not like being told they are wrong, instead they will just choose not to see a patient ever again. I manage a two physician practice and could not imagine treating a patient or family of a patient the way that my wife and I were treated. At first I thought this was just the staff and the MD cant except this type of unprofessionalism across her office. Well I was wrong.... My wife had a 6 week check-up today and Dr. Fine said everything was fine, but she can not longer see my wife as a patient. Made excuses as to why she could not see my wife. Such as we waisted valuable resources by confronting the office about the incorrect billing. Hmmm.... So don't question us if we overcharge you, just pay it and move on basically. The sad part about this is my wife was a patient for 6 years and had no issues. Even worse is being in the medical field I met Dr. Fine and referred my wife and many others to her. Had I known this is how she handles patient complaints, I would have never sent anyone there. AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COST!!! read more

I took my 18 yr. old Granddaughter to Dr. Stacey Fine yesterday, due to severe debilitating periods, that was progressing to a extreme state of pain, We found Dr. Fine, to be extremely sensitive and compassionate. She is not taking any chances with this young girl and moved forward with tests to find the answer to the problem. Dr. Fine took the extra time to have both of us in her office, to explain to us in detail, the direction we were going to take. With her first time to a female doctor, my granddaughter thought she was wonderful, and is going to recommend her to all her young friends that are in this age bracket needing a female doctor that is so thorough. Thank you Dr. Fine. Her staff was also so sensitive to her age, and her problem and kept us all at ease.
