Kiley broke her contract with me and blocked me when I pointed out the issues and tried to ask her…read moreto fix them. She is currently ignoring both me and my attorney's attempts at finding a resolution. Kiley knows the damage she caused but is refusing to even respond to me to attempt to fix it. Out of the entire session, she delivered only 3 usable photos. The rest are blurry and cropped so poorly that either the people or the subject are completely cut out. This was a highly sentimental, irreplaceable shoot for my family involving an heirloom, meaning we cannot simply hire another photographer to redo it. She knew the importance of these photos. Her contract explicitly states, "Photographer shall make every effort to ensure that the Client is satisfied with the photographs delivered under this Agreement." However, when confronted with the unusable photos, she refused to respond. Her best excuse is she sent me the "wrong contract" which doesn't even make sense... regardless, her mistakes should not be my burden as the client. I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the refusal to make this right. The photos don't lie, how is what you delivered to me acceptable??? Thank gosh this wasn't a wedding shoot or I'd be heartbroken! But the amount of pain this experience has caused me is heartbreaking enough...

The photos came in the exact time she quoted us but the edits look like pictures taken and edited off an iPhone. Not happy with them. I had to re-crop and edit majority of all photos as best I could as all the edits completely washed out our skin tone, the colors of the sky etc. I asked for the raws so I could just edit them myself from scratch and it's been 2 weeks and still haven't received them. Didn't remind us or inform to take phones/wallets out of pockets so those just look lovely in all our photos **sarcasm**. On our wedding day, the level of professionalism and quality of work was unacceptable: Lack of direction: There was little to no guidance on posing or lighting. The photographer made comments like, 'What was that?' or 'What's that face?' instead of providing constructive direction. Poor Technical Execution: Many family photos feature heavy, unflattering shade cast across faces. Across the entire collection, there is only one usable, direct shot of my husband and me facing the camera. Absenteeism: During the cocktail hour, which we hired the photographer to cover, the photographer was found sitting in the dressing room instead of actively taking candid photos of our guests. I actually had to seek out the photographer to initiate coverage of the event. Frankly, the final delivered collection lacked the quality and professional execution we would expect from a paid vendor. It felt like paying a friend to snap photos, not a professional with an understanding of lighting and composition. A further point of concern: not a single photo from our wedding has ever been featured on the company's website or social media. We anticipated a high level of work based on the company's advertised portfolio, and what we received fell far short of that professional standard.
