Nobody has called or emailed results. My second complaint is that when I asked them to show me how to visually put in medication in ear and how to use the ear flush, they were no help. They didn't show me how, they only read me the instructions. I had to go home and watch a YouTube video to figure it out. Which was really hard to try to put in medication in my dogs ear and my dog doesn't let me. They should have gave me oral medication or gave me my best option based on my dog or at least gave me tips or tricks on how to put in medication.

Unfortunately, he has also experienced an extraordinary number of serious health problems. These have included panosteitis, TPLO surgery, severe hotspots that became large and ulcerated (we paid dearly for a dog dermatologist and for specialized light therapies to heal his skin), pancreatitis, dietary issues requiring lifelong expensive special food, discoid lupus erythematosus, and optic nerve hypoplasia that has left him blind in one eye since birth. It feels like every time we finally identify and learn how to manage one chronic condition, another one appears. His medical care has easily exceeded the already high cost of purchasing him. Prospective buyers should be aware of our experience. Our king GSD is a lovely dog, but it has been heartbreaking to watch him suffer through so many painful and expensive medical problems.
