They were so welcoming, explained all their services and how they care for their animals, and allowed us to come visit so that Goldie and us could walk through their location and get to know them in person. At his age, he is very sensitive and has some of the little quirks and challenges that come with being a senior dog. Grooming can be stressful for him, so I was a little nervous about how he would do with someone new. Gennifer was absolutely wonderful with him. She was so patient, gentle, and understanding of his needs. She even used a sling to support him so that his little legs and body wouldn't become tired from having to stand for too long. She took her time with him and never made me feel like his age or sensitivities were an inconvenience. What touched me most was the way she handled Noah with genuine kindness and compassion. She seemed to understand that he isn't just an appointment--he's my beloved senior boy who deserves to be treated with patience, dignity, and care. I know grooming can be challenging on its own, and I can only imagine that working with senior dogs adds another level of patience and care. Gennifer handled Noah's individual needs so beautifully, and I could tell that his comfort was important to her. As a dog mom, there is nothing more reassuring than finding someone you can truly trust with a beloved pet, especially when they are getting older. I left feeling so thankful that Noah was in such caring hands. I'm incredibly grateful for the referral and feel very fortunate to have found Gennifer. It was a huge blessing, considering we wouldn't be able to drive down for one before our wedding. In general, we were reluctant to leave our two pups, Milo and Enzo, at a boarding facility for the first time because we have never left them in another person's care who wasn't a relative. But we are so glad we did and that we had a wonderful experience! Naomi took great care of them for 4 days. She was very responsive, professional, understanding, and most importantly, kind. She gave them all the attention, love and care they seek and need. We were impressed with her clean facility and were relieved that she was able to separate the two dogs during meal time as requested. She was easy to work with when it came to the dogs' specific schedule and instructions, and she was very open and flexible to our needs when it came to pick-up and drop-off. We trusted her so much that we even extended their stay by one day! She was fantastic and we are so glad we know who to go to again for future dog boarding needs.

When we picked her up, her eye was severely swollen shut -- clearly far worse than what we were told. Emergency and follow-up vets later confirmed it was multiple bite wounds, not a scratch. What's even more frustrating is what happened after. We were told there would be an investigation and possible reimbursement, but it has now been over 2 months with: No report No communication No accountability We trusted them with our dog's safety, and both the incident and the lack of follow-up have been extremely disappointing. I would strongly urge others to be cautious.

For context, my bunnies have been sick for a while (requiring several visits). While at first, I was worried about the pricing of the hospital treatment and switching to a new hospital, I quickly realized my bunnies were in good hands. This gave me peace of mind and made every penny worth it. It might sound silly, but my bunnies are my entire world and I'm sure most people consider their pet to be a part of the family (mine 100% are). After many forms of treatment, I am happy to say that my bunnies are doing a whole lot better now!!! I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone in a similar situation :)

3 Strikes your out!…read more SCAM SCAM SCAM I first brought my pup to this vet November of last year. We just moved to the area and my pup was experiencing a bad ear infection. They charged me more than $1,200 to clean and run tests. During the cleaning the vet was informing me of medication that would help with my pup's seasonal allergies which was around $500 a month. I am not exaggerating at all. They pushed it until I told them that my wife was gonna give birth any day now & I didn't want to commit it so soon. Two weeks later we came back to the vet for a check- up and they insisted that my pup start his $500 a month medication. I declined it at the time and wanted to do my own research before agreeing to the medication. Another week passed and a more budget friendly medication was mentioned. We agreed and went to the vet to pick up a monthly dosage. When my wife arrived to the front desk to pick up the medication the staff was a little confused on which medication was ordered. When my wife mentioned the name of the medication, the staff automatically said that " your husband denied it initially because you couldn't afford it." Totally uncalled for and unprofessional. We were upset at comment but decided to brush off and continue to go to the vet since we were new to the area. I wonder why they never mentioned this from the start and why the expensive medication was the only option at first? We go to the vet once a month to pick up our pups medication and would call 3-4 days ahead before he runs out for a refill. Earlier this week I called the vet to ask for a refill and mentioned that my pup had 3 days left of medication. They said they would speak to the vet for approval for the refill. They called me back and mentioned that my pup has not had a bi-annual exam and unfortunately they cannot refill his prescription without one. They did not have any appointment left for the week and the next available appointment would be two saturdays from now. Note, I called on a Monday.. The staff kept mentioning that my pups bi-annual exam was overdue a couple months now.. ok, why am I only knowing this now when I come monthly to pick up his medication? Why can't I get a refill until his next appointment? So this tells me that you would rather have my pups medication run out just so you make sure I schedule an exam for a little extra $$? Enough is enough. I am highly disappointed and would not consider this vet to anyone. The experience I had shows that they care more about the money than the health of your pups. I will not be bringing my pup here anymore and will take my business elsewhere. Thanks for showing your true colors. Don't be fooled by the signs and pictures. They only want you for your $$.

Don't Believe the False Facebook Posts - Epic Dog Academy Is the Real Deal…read more I need to share my experience because there's a lot of misinformation going around about Epic Dog Academy. If you've seen those Facebook posts linking them to animal abuse - please, don't believe them. I fell for those rumors myself at first, and I want to make sure no one else makes the same mistake. I had signed my dog, Obi-Wan, up for the two-week training program and was so excited. But right after I told a friend, she sent me a Facebook group filled with terrible claims about EDA. I panicked and immediately called to cancel. Vincent, the owner, was incredibly understanding and patient. He explained that all those claims were false and even showed me proof - including records exposing the people behind the posts as having serious legal and credibility issues, but even though I already paid and signed all the paperwork - he still immediately refunded me my payment to give me time to do additional research. This is something he could have pushed back on but didn't, which really showed me what a kind and understanding business this was. Even so, I made sure to do my own research before forming any opinions. What I found was truly alarming: the main individual behind that Facebook group has a documented history of serious issues, including animal cruelty charges (all public record). His daughter once briefly worked with Vince - the owner of Epic Dog Academy - many years ago at a completely separate business. Shortly after, Vince left to establish Epic Dog Academy with his wife, Olivia. To be clear, the two individuals who now run that Facebook group have no real connection to Epic Dog Academy. The false claims they're spreading about the owner are completely unfounded and unsupported by any evidence, plus most of the negative comments appear to come from people associated with them. Once I realized the truth, I re-enrolled Obi-Wan - this time in their day training program. I drop him off in the morning and pick him up in the afternoon. It gave me total peace of mind to see him daily, and I can confidently say that not only is he perfectly fine - he's thriving. The results have been beyond my expectations. Obi-Wan listens better than ever, he's happier, and he actually gets excited to go every morning. Erin, his trainer, is absolutely phenomenal. She's patient, knowledgeable, and keeps me updated every day with photos and progress reports through their app. Christy at the front desk is another gem - her warmth and understanding make every drop-off and pick-up a breeze. Every single person I've interacted with at Epic Dog Academy truly loves what they do, and it shows. They treat every dog like their own. I can say with complete confidence that my dog is safe, happy, and receiving the best possible training here. Please do yourself a favor - don't let false online rumors stop you from giving EDA a chance. Check things out for yourself. I'm so glad I did, because Epic Dog Academy has completely transformed my dog's behavior and confidence. It's been worth every single penny (and I signed up for the Honor program!) We had done quite a bit of research into what owning a poison dart frog would entail, but we had never actually owned a frog before, so I definitely still had a lot of questions. I went into LLLReptile the day before my son's birthday, and Niko spent so much time with me. He walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I actually understood what we were getting into and how to properly care for our new frog. We decided to have LLLReptile build us a custom terrarium, and I was originally quoted a 24 to 48 hour turnaround. Since my son's birthday was the very next day, Niko suggested that I take the frog home in a small temporary enclosure so I would at least have something to give my son on his actual birthday. Then, later that same day, Niko called me and told me he had rushed the terrarium so it would be ready in time for my son's birthday. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it back over there before they closed, but I was honestly blown away that he had gone out of his way to get it finished so quickly for us. The next day, I brought my son with me to pick it up, and the terrarium was absolutely beautiful. It had live plants, water features, and Niko had even incorporated skeletons because I had mentioned how much my son loves them. There was a skeleton water dish and a skull tucked into the habitat. Those little details made it feel like it had been created specifically for him, and seeing it on his birthday made the whole experience even more special. Niko wasn't there when we picked it up, but Shane was, and Shane was every bit as warm, patient, and helpful. Shane also owns poison dart frogs, so having that firsthand experience was incredibly valuable for me as a brand-new frog owner. Shane walked me through the differences between male and female poison dart frogs, shared what to expect as we get started, and even gave me tips and tricks for dealing with the fruit flies. I just felt like everyone at LLLReptile genuinely cared about making this experience as wonderful as possible for our family. Between the education, the time they spent answering my questions, the care that went into the terrarium, and the extra effort they made to have everything ready for my son's birthday, they exceeded every expectation. My son was absolutely thrilled, and I could not write this review fast enough. Thank you to Niko, Shane, and everyone at LLLReptile for helping make his fourth birthday so special. My dog was not accessed for behavior with the other animals prior to intake because "Alisha" loves Bull Mastiffs ? My 1 year and a half bull mastiff was paired up with a bulldog puppy filled with the very contagious papilloma virus for 8 days, Google images of this it will shock you. Do you want you dog to get this !!! (Herpes). There were hundreds of white balls in her mouth ( My Dogs) that had to be surgically removed. This cost me over a thousand dollars and there were so many they had to do the procedure twice under general anesthesia. Alisha is there with these dogs all day and still had no idea that "Dogs" were infected. ( I was getting daily text photos from her with my dog hugging this puppy) Alisha was still unaware for days during and after, that this puppy was filled with these Herpes !!! I was told later that that puppy was not allowed there anymore but I see it is allowed back in facility again, you can see that dog in the daily photos Alisha puts on her website "Alisha's Dog Care". while working part time as a doggie day care monitor / trainer for Lynne Sorrentino the owner. The owner Lynn has never apologized, helped pay the costs of the surgery or acknowledged it in any way. The woman is unable to communicate to its clients because she thinks its her workers job to run the show period.When she does communicate it's only about how good she is. LOL This business is just about numbers and the owners ego. The business is for sale and has been for sale. After what happened, my dog was not aloud to return per my vet.This is my first Yelp review.There are allot more people that have quit bringing there pets there because of the owner Lynn not caring about anything but the class sizes to make her business look good on paper. There are several other "GREAT TRUSTWORTHY business's like this in Temecula and Murrieta that do daily health checks at drop off and pickup and they have caring owners that communicate great employees who truly care about your 4 legged best friend. I cannot say enough good things about Lynne and her staff at Cool Dogs. I contacted Lynne when our 3 month old Blue Heeler started showing some aggressive behavior towards other dogs. We bought this pup with dreams of frisbee at the beach and parks and thought those dreams were smashed. Lynne had me bring Opie in for an evaluation. I could tell right away that Lynne loves and understands dogs in a way not many people do. She set up a plan for Opie to start in day school two half days a week. I had my doubts but decided to trust her. What choice did I have? Lol Lynne and her staff have been so awesome with keeping me in the loop on Opie's progress. And Opie absolutely loves them. A couple of days ago we were at the park when a little dog came running up off his leash. I thought oh dear little dog I'm not sure your going to survive this but Opie did great. She's more interested in playing frisbee than fighting with other dogs now. If your having problems with your furry little friend please email Lynne. Be patient and trust her. I was looking for a puppy socialization class for my puppy that unfortunately was showing some fearful aggressive behavior. I had contacted the owner regarding my dog's special needs and she told me to show up for the Wednesday class to see how he would do. I was hesitant, but the owner seemed very nice and positive, and I was told that I would receive a refund if it didn't work out. Sure enough my puppy was deemed unfit for the class, which I completely understand and expected. When it came time to receive a refund I was met with some hesitation, stating that I could only get a refund to be applied to a future dog training class. After insisting I was told otherwise, I was given a refund of half of the puppy class tuition. Aside from that little snag, I think the class is overall a very good one for your puppy. From the few times that I attended, I could tell the other dogs were having an absolute blast. read more

My experience with Cool Dog Training has been nothing less than miraculous. I started with a very timid, fearful puppy who has now turned into a confident, more outgoing adolescent. Lynne and her staff are expert at what they do. The doggy day care has helped my pup more than I ever could have possibly hoped for. Not only does he spend the day with many other dogs for great socialization, but the staff constantly work on cues and obedience with him. In just a few short weeks the changes in his behavior are amazing. We will continue to attend training classes and day care. The facility is clean and in excellent condition. I have read some of the negative reviews and I am wondering if that person is talking about the same Cool Dog Training, Lynne and her staff, that my Mijo has been attending!!! My Mijo had some behavioral issues that Lynne has addressed. She and her staff instructed me how to deal with these bad habits and teach me what she knows, which is significant. Mijo is now a "Cool Dog" and I can say he is a sweetheart, thanks to Lynne and her staff. To address the person who wants to talk on the phone...give Lynne a break. She is working with "our" dogs and when you are enrolled, you receive all the attention you need. read more

A friend recommended Cyndi for pet sitting services when I was searching for a pet sitter in…read morepreparation for vacation. I was leaving out of the country for a couple weeks and was very anxious because I had never left my pets with anyone besides family members, I've never left them at a pet hotel/ sitter/ or someone's house, and I had other animals including chickens that need to be tended to. When I reached out to her for information she responded within a couple hours and we set up dates and times for a meet and greet. Cyndi and members of her team came out twice to do a meet and greet with my dogs and went over their daily routine as well as my other pets including our bearded dragon and chickens. While I was gone she communicated frequently throughout giving me updates and sending me pictures. I set up services with her to come twice a day to care for them and each time she checked in and out I was notified via Petcheck dashboard and felt completely at ease knowing I didn't have to worry about them. My bearded dragon was having issues prior to my vacation but she took the time to replace any heat lamp/ light bulbs that needed replacing and gave her a good bath. She made sure my chickens had enough food & water and collected all our eggs. I would 1000% recommend Cyndi if you have any pet sitting needs. She is caring, responsive, reliable, and easy to work with. The petcheck dashboard notified me when she checked in morning and evening on a daily basis via email notifications, allowed me to pay for my services and gave me the option to request additional appointments. When I returned from my trip my dogs were extremely happy and looked very well cared for. My bearded dragon was perkier and her aquarium clean. I am extremely happy with the service Cyndi provided and I will definitely use her again in the future.
