Really wanted. We did find it elsewhere but when we tried to return the original pair the same day, we where told NO Refunds. This is not how you stay in business. Montreal is one of the great new teams, and Didier Drogba really turned them into a fantastic and powerful side. They're one of my favourites and they have an amazing Stadium, right next to the Olympic Stadium, named Saputo. I support them and always want them to do well. And Saputo stadium is one of the very best out there. But it gets very cold here in the winter make no mistake. Brrrrr. While they do have some issues - and I will say they are pretty big issues - with the pricing, with the organization of the stadium in terms of this part of Canada being very liberal and relaxed and French rather than efficient about getting people in and out and making sure everyone is taken care of, still the prices here are dirt cheap and the products are great and the team is amazing, and I just love the stadium and the beautiful view here, with the towering haunting Olympic Park right next to it, so I couldn't possibly give it less than five stars to be honest.

Competing in the Canadian Championship since its inception in 2008, Montreal has advanced to the finals on five occasions and has won the championship three times. They won back-to-back titles in 2013 and 2014 and won again in 2019. Aside from the Canadian Championship's inaugural year (2008), all winners of the Voyageurs Cup, in the Canadian Championship era, have come from MLS. Toronto FC has won the cup seven times and Vancouver once (2015). The only Canadian Championship won by a non-MLS team was in 2008 by the Montreal Impact. At the time, the Impact competed in the United Soccer Leagues First Division. Outside of their last decade's success in the Canadian Championship, Montreal hasn't made much noise in MLS. Their best season to date was in 2016 when they advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals as a No. 5 seed. Upset city, baby. They lost when rival Toronto FC scored twice in the first 10 minutes of extra time. Montreal was very close to reaching MLS Cup 2016. At the time of writing this review, the team hasn't qualified for the MLS Cup Playoffs since. Since November 14, 2019, the Montreal Impact have been managed and coached by French former superstar striker, Thierry Henry. Henry had just come off his first (and short-tenured) head coaching job with AS Monaco in his native France's Ligue 1. We recently played a four-day hockey tournament here. For…read morethe first three days, both ice sheets were completely fogged up -- the glass was so covered in condensation that you could barely see the puck on the ice. Parents and fans had no idea what was happening on the ice. Even the players mentioned they couldn't see clearly. Then, the fog finally cleared -- but then the scoreboard stopped working! No time, no score, nothing. The kids were playing without any clue how much time was left or what the score was. Honestly, it felt a bit like a comedy show. It's hard to believe this is the official practice facility for the NHL Montreal Canadiens.
